“The hotel location is very convenient. Shops and restaurants are close by. Metro and train stations are also three blocks away. The room is small but clean. We were given a city view room but there was not much to see outside. One corner has construction going on and it’s mostly top of other buildings on the overall view. We also found a woman’s undies in the corner of the room where the chair was.”

“This is not the Hotel Max I used to stay. Room was not ready until 6pm. I do not care about the size of the room even if this time, it was the smallest available. What disturbed me the most is the fact room was ever made up through out the stay even if it was told at reception. Not acceptable for a hotel with such prices”

“Great location and clean hotel with comfortable beds, delicious breakfast and helpful staff. We stayed one nite before cruising to Alaska, and the ship delayed our boarding due to high winds. The front desk staff - especially Liz! - were extremely helpful and patient with all the cruisers. They kept changing our shuttle service as needed and allowed an extra hour on checkout. I would definitely stay here again! ”
