“I loved the convenience of the location, the staff were excellent. Our waiter at The Block T bar was not very good, he forgot some of our food and when reminded he still didn't bring it. Unfortunately, the junction cafe at 10:00 am was out of half n half, milk and whipping cream for our coffee, and most of the food was gone as well. The staff was awesome and apologetic and said they were not getting another shipment in until next week. The pool area and gym were very clean. The trash cans...

“It was not completely clean in the room. Used qtip in the bathroom and a used tissue under the skirting of the bed. On top of that my boyfriend and I left for the morning and came back to house keeping in our room, when we had the do not disturb sign up. However, everything was pretty comfortable and the shower was okay. It was somewhat broken and wouldn’t have all the water go to the shower head. ”

“The staff was very helpful with us. After a request for an AC filter change, the front desk lady came and noticed our room had a slight smell, so she moved us to another room on her own merit. That's great customer service. The older lady in charge of the breakfast was amazing. She really puts her heart and soul into the food she prepares. It was a great stay, we will definitely come back again!”
