We asked if they were open because no cars in parking lot.”

“The mattresses on top of the vehicles outside are probably cleaner than the beds in the rooms themselves. Upon arrival the staff were friendly and check-in was quick. The room itself looked nothing like the advertised photos. The room was very musty and upon inspection the bed was dirty with quite visible stains on the sheets, mattress pad and the mattress. I was offered a new room and I denied that request. I was also denied a refund with no explanation from either Quality Inn or...

This place was filthy and it smelled awful… the lady with the brown wavy hair at the front desk has a horrible attitude… the whole bathroom was nasty and the sheets smelled like food.. the stairwell area was filthy as well and it smelled like dog and feet… this was a horrible experience and I would not ever recommend the staying here again.”

“Breakfast was weak, but for the price of the room, it was OK. Parking was good. Room was clean no coffee or laundry bag. There was a small step up to the ice machine room. I tripped on it, fell cut my arm, and busted my knee, No I did not report it to the management. I will not return because they refused to give me a receipt for my stay!”

“We stayed in a room with 2 beds and a sofa bed to accommodate all my family members. The sofa bed mattress smelled like urine, so we just put the couch cushions on the floor as a makeshift bed. I told the desk clerk about it at checkout, who took my info and said he would have some reach out to me to make it right. This was a week ago and nobody has contacted me yet.
