“Fantastic friendly and efficient service. Absolutely spotless room. Lovely Occitane toiletries, luxurious bathrooms, and a huge bathroom. Cookies baked every evening. Incredible service. Suite 9 was perfect for a couple + kid.”

“Absolutely phenomenal hotel. Not only was it incredibly clean, the location was perfect. Walkable to the capital (literally across the street) and so many bars and restaurants. We had dinner at the Post on site and the bartender and server were both so nice. My son loved the pool, and I loved all the seating in the pool area. We would absolutely be back. Thanks for a great stay!”

“I was very impressed with the hotel- excellent value for money and good location. This is a hsitorical hotel. Does feel dated but has charm. Maybe needs a little more TLC. Howver, the room and bathroom are updated and very comfortable. The quality of the bedding was superb. My bathroom was spacious and the towels full and fluffy. “The whole property including the parking garage, lobby and the room itself were immaculate. They clearly take pride in keeping things in great shape for their guests. Check in, as well as being able to take my car in and out of the parking garage at my leisure were smooth and easy. The only minor issue I had was that housekeeping woke me up an hour and a half before check in knocking on the door to come in and clean when I wasn’t due to check out yet. “The Steakhouse was amazing”

“Not breakfast or restaurant at the hotel. Air conditioner is mediocre. No mini fridges, coffee- just a basic room. No blackout curtains so that was hard with sun coming up so early. Basic room, very expensive for what it is. Decent location, nice staff and clean.”

“The location was perfect with shops and restaurants nearby and a bus stop right outside the door. The room was clean but the pillows were really lumpy and not at all comfortable. My biggest complaint is that there wasn’t anywhere to store our clothes. A dresser or even a couple of shelves deep enough to hold folded clothes would have been a helpful addition. For more than a day or two it’s hard to live out of your suitcases”
