“Staff was amazing, very friendly, attentive, and professional. The building, rooms, and grounds were beautiful and well maintained. For those with mobility issues, several of the rooms require a rather steep climb up one or two flights of stairs.”

The indoor swim facilities and Jacuzzi with decent hours was a hit. 24 hour coffee and tea station was amazing. “Nice property. Lobby main smells like cigarette smoke a bit. Room was clean. Great location. For the $ I think I expected more. Food was excellent! Starbucks was closed when I hoped to go. Bar closed at 11pm.”

“Unique property, nice location”

“The location can't be beat. The room was modern and comfortable, although a little smaller than the pictures looked. Notably, our one bedroom was missing the laptop workspace and room darkening shades in the listing. There were a few minor issues with our room which the management dealt with promptly. I would stay here again”

“1* for hotel service. None of the questions were successfully resolved: 1) figuring how to pay for kid for Sunday brunch took 4 days. Nobody knew the answer. 2) Sunday brunch 11-1pm finished at 12:30pm when service left without notifying. Nobody showed up. 3) We forgot an item on table after brunch. Somebody cleaned, but nobody knew the contact person. Nobody reached back. In few days the answer was "sorry, nothing was found" 4) Same for item left in the room after checkout. We were asked to...

“Lovely and spacious room. Check in was easy. Love the neighborhood! Cool bars, excellent restaurants and fun vintage clothing stores! Near gorgeous lakes and wonderful walking trails.”
