“The room was a good size, modern and clean. Hotel is in a decent location, relevant to shops and restaurants etc. Comfy bed with a good shower, so ticks the main boxes for me. Is good fun having the race Mercedes test track out the front as well. Unfortunately the food here was a massive let down though, extortionately priced, and the burger I had was cold, bland and soggy with a charcoal bun. Found the staff to be a bit disorganised as well. “Friendly helpful staff member on reception checked me in and she explained everything parking breakfast local amenities etc. I stayed in room 20 in the annex which was comfortable clean & quiet ( even tho it over looked the pub courtyard) the bathroom soap dishes & toilet seat needed replacing but that was my only gripe 😁… on the whole a lovely hotel in the centre of chertsey with attentive staff and a pleasant atmosphere… I did not eat there due to working late so can’t comment on the food ”

"At checkin they couldnt find my booking. Then they said expedia had already charged for the room and didnt want to provide a receipt. Then i showed the notification from the credit card that the hotel actually charged me. Only after 15 minutes they undestrood. I requested a quiet room, and regardless of my request they assigned me a very noisy room just close to the elevator and with runway view, that means a lot of noise from the departing aircraft.why they dont soundproof the window??? At dinner the clerk said that delivery of food to the room was complimentary, while actually they charge 4£ The shuttle bus to the airport costs 6 pounds and takes 40 minutes to terminal 5. In the room they dont offer even a small complimentary bottle of water"
