“Really nice looking place from the photos. It’s tidy and nice, but it’s old so they have rug inside and that feels disgusting to me. I suggest ripping it out and putting hard wood, it feels a lot cleaner. Staff were polite and super helpful. 🌷 The only other thing is that thankfully you can include breakfast in your purchase online, but I doubt out it’s £14. That’s so over priced in my opinion! If you are staying there it should be a better rate or deal. Staff were very nice ”

Ciò che mi ha fatta non poco innervosire è stato il fatto che il servizio delle pulizie ha bussato alla porta alle 8:30 del mattino, svegliandoci all’improvviso e poi ha aperto la borsa. Questo è inaccettabile. Non so niente di hotel, ma non si dovrebbe comunicare con il servizio delle pulizie per avvertire chi ha fatto già il check out? Specifico: il check-out era alle 12. “Clean and confortable. Everything that you expect from an Holiday Inn standard hotel. The position is really nice, a lovely walk to Eton and Windsor. The gym is only a small room. but they are fair to let you know. I found the restaurant closed during the Lunch and Dinner times, but there were the bar and the kitchen opened. “There were stains on the bedspread provided. No towels were provided even upon request with the excuse that none had been delivered. No heat in room provided and it wasn’t rectified despite my complaints. No hot water in bath and when I wanted to leave and book another hotel I was told no one could assist me.
