Ciò che mi ha fatta non poco innervosire è stato il fatto che il servizio delle pulizie ha bussato alla porta alle 8:30 del mattino, svegliandoci all’improvviso e poi ha aperto la borsa. Questo è inaccettabile. Non so niente di hotel, ma non si dovrebbe comunicare con il servizio delle pulizie per avvertire chi ha fatto già il check out? Specifico: il check-out era alle 12. Assurdo. ”

“Clean and confortable. Everything that you expect from an Holiday Inn standard hotel. The position is really nice, a lovely walk to Eton and Windsor. The gym is only a small room. but they are fair to let you know. I found the restaurant closed during the Lunch and Dinner times, but there were the bar and the kitchen opened. “I regularly stay in Coppid Beech for work as the staff are always very welcoming from the front desk through to the restaurant staff and the cleaning team. The gym facilities are extremely dated but do the job they are there to do. I’ve not used the wet facilities when on site as it’s normally quite busy. The room was excellently presented and bed was comfortable. The amenities in the room were suitable for my needs. The iron for the room I used wasn’t brilliant but I could blame my technique...

“There should be a lift from the basement car park to the reception. Difficult to carry luggage up the stairs. Some of the the doors were heavy to open. The car park has a width limit to enter which in my view is not necessary. Car park was tight with space. There should be a hand held shower in the bath. Difficult to reach the rose, to change position and therefore made a mess on the floor. Easy to slip. These are constructive comments and hope it helps to improve facilities.”
