A dieci minuti di auto dall'aeroporto. Vicino ristoranti e piccoli negozi alimentari. Un hotel pulito e una camera grande se si arriva tardi o si parte presto alla mattina.”

“First up, hotel staff's english is almost non-existent.Nothing much else. The hotel's a bit old, leaky pipes/shower heads etc. Was put on ground floor, so I was worried someone's gonna climb through the window to steal things. It's not as close to Pudong airport as I initially thought. Taxi ride was RMB100! ”

“This was the worst hotel experience ever. I arrived at the hotel and the receptionists did not speak any English. She told me through a translator that I am at the wrong hotel. She showed me to a different hotel within the same building. When I arrived there they told me the first place I was at is the right one. When I came back the lady was very angry and ignored me and helped other customers. She told me she cannot find my reservation. I had to wait for an hour before she asked me to pay...
