“This is a wonderful hotel with a modern architecture, a cozy interior decoration, a convenient position not too far from the opera, and an excellent quality/price ratio (75 euro per night in a single room). “The hotel was good for a short stay if you want to stay near the central station. No AC or fan in the bedroom made the sleep just decent. From our room on the first floor you could hear some noise from the street. Breakfast could benefit from some small addition such as tomatoes and salad. The buffet was just okay, nothing wow.”

“Per un soggiorno di 3 notti abbiamo cambiato 3 volte stanza( in una non andava la tv, in un’altra non andava il riscaldamento quindi abbiamo passato la notte con il freddo)... Pare che non riescano a ricoprire tutti i servizi che dicono di offrirti. La struttura è messa malissimo, iniziando dalle porte delle stanze che sono quasi scassinate e le porte dei bagni che non si chiudono. “Il personale per niente gentile e in più non parlava altre lingue oltre il Francese . “Really friendly team. It's like having a bedroom, restroom, shower all in one big room. The fridge is useful. There is a bus stop close by that is fairly frequent but it is a trek to Leuven. Plenty of car parking spaces. A car could be helpful. A taxi to Leuvan was €28 (2023). The shower was a cubicle but was really good. ”

“Very nice, spacious and cozy studio. 20 mins walking to the city centre but less than 5 mins to the wonderful central station. Lots of restaurants nearby. Nice garage to park the car across the street (15 euros a day). Very friendly staff, the lady was really flexible (thank you so much :) The only con was the shower drain which seemed to be blocked but overall it was excellent cost-benefit. ”

“Es gibt keine kostenlosen Parkplätze, sondern nur öffentliche kostenlose Parkplätze. Die Unterkunft ist nicht sehr sauber. Man bekommt keine Antwort vom Besitzer. Es gibt auch kein 24 Stunden Front Desk. Als wir gebucht hatten, stand sogar noch dabei, dass man die ganze Unterkunft alleine zur Verfügung hat, das stimmt aber nicht, es ist nur ein Zimmer. Die Treppen sind sehr steil.”
