“Estuvimos tres noches y realmente fue un acierto este alojamiento. Es muy sencillo pero tiene todo lo que necesitas para poder descansar. La habitación era muy amplia y con baño en suite. La cama enorme y muy cómoda. Tanto Youssef como su madre estuvieron pendientes todo el tiempo de todo lo que necesitamos. Preguntamos si nos podían cocinar por la noche y fue realmente un gusto. Si volvemos a Fez unos días, repetiremos con ellos. ”

“Despite initial difficulty finding the place at the first time, the overall experience staying here was great. Ahmed proactively contacted me via WhatsApp and provided useful instructions. His entire family was welcoming and when his Mother learned that I couldn't stay for breakfast, she offered to cook me dinner. That was best couscous I’ve ever tried in my life. Amazing hospitality, clean and safe place to stay while in Fes. Certainly recommended to others. ”

“Es el peor lugar en el que he estado. No iría ni gratis. No me alcanza el espacio para describir lo horrible que fue. Lamento si las personas se ofenden con este comentario. De las 2 noches solo me quede una. He preferido perder la noche abonada he irme a otro hotel pagando el triple. ”

“La permanenza al Riad non è cominciata bene perchè la nostra prenotazione di 3 notti non risultava... È stato un problema di Expedia sulle notifiche, cmq la responsabile Agnese si è fatta in quattro per trovarci un'altra sistemazione (molto carina) per la prima notte, dopodichè abbiamo passato le altre 2 notti al Riad. La struttura è ben tenuta e molto suggestiva. Sia la colazione sia la cena erano molto buone. Il personale è, oltre che gentile e disponibile, molto socievole con tutti gli...

“Arrivés sur place avec ma famille après plusieurs heures de route, on me surprend en me disant que la chambre que j'ai réservé n'était pas disponible et que je devrais chercher ailleurs. Aucun remboursement ne m'a été fait, et un manque de professionalisme flagrant de leur part. Faites attention c'est des vrais arnaqueurs!!!”
