Hotel 3 stelle a San Luis Obispo

“This is our third time staying here & it was wonderful! The front office staff were very friendly & helpful. The hotel grounds are beautiful, the room was comfortable & clean. The only thing I will mention is to bring your own pillows if you want anything supportive. The ones provided are big & fluffy but not firm enough (for me). A minor issue during an otherwise great stay!”

“Hotel molto carino all'esterno ,ma le le camere e i bagni sono sporchissime . il servizio di pulizia giornaliero non è previsto malgrado fosse indicato nella prenotazione. Alla reception ci hanno detto che avrebbero fornito un servizio di pulizia su richiesta , ma anche questo non è avvenuto . Ci hanno preso in giro per 3 giorni , poi abbiamo smesso di richiederlo. Personale della reception terribile , senza alcun rispetto per il cliente . Le stanze e i bagni sono lasciati andare , moquette...

“Once again the Santa Maria Inn comes. At once quaint and modern, caters to all. We enjoyed especially the Cinco de Mayo celebrations- we dance until dawn! Or at least until 230 pm!”

“Very unique hotel Awesome drinks, food and cake! Nancy the bartender is so wonderful. Front desk staff could improve In friendliness and being up lifting. Pool are was messier than usual -poor guests left empty bottles, cups and cans. Mattress could use an improvement ”

“Came for an interview and the awesome woman at the front desk put my luggage behind the counter for storage and even told me good luck and asked me how it went when i came back! Very friendly and great place to stay. Only thing i would add is maybe the opportunity to get or even pay for a late checkout to 2pm. 😊”

“Steve went over and above to help me with a situation. Thanks! It grew on us as we stayed longer. Cookies, muffins and scones a nice touch. The lady who housekept our room was very nice. Parking for back rooms was tight though”
