“Cibo discreto sebbene lento (cena), per il resto hotel ben fornito”

“sono già stato diverse volte sopite di questo hotel. comoda la sua posizione non dita molto dall'aeroporto quindi buono nel caso si arrivi a Pune la sera tardi e ottimo quando si tratta di lasciare la città velocemente. il resto dei servizi all'altezza della categoria e della catena di cui fa parte. buono il ristorante a buffet anche se dovrebbero ampliare la gamma piatti internazinali”

“Camera sporca, asciugamani in bagno di pessima qualità, tappeto x doccia molto sporco. Leggero odore di fogna in bagno. Vetri esterni della camera sporchissimi. Servizio pessimo. Avvisato il responsabile della reception in merito al tappeto sporco della doccia ma non è successo nulla. Ho cenato e mi hanno chiesto il numero della camera. Ho fatto il chek-out e si sono dimenticati di farmi pagare la cena.”

“I had moved from the Sheraton which is a few miles away. This hotel was not as good as Sheraton but yet more expensive. Really disappointing ”

“One issue they need to fix is that they only issue one key card per room. So if you have multiple people staying you are forced to share the card. Makes no sense as most hotels will issue at least 2 cards. ”

“Clean property Breakfast buffet was great Night ala carte was ok, they messed up sandwich and tea order of ours at dinner Lights were working on off at night so we had trouble sleeping Staff was very helpful though”

“Front office staff was uninformed and told me I did not have the free breakfast although that was part of my trip. They later acknowledged the staff made a mistake. In room dining menu is mediocre at best, the in room dining staff was courteous and helpful. Housekeeping staff was fine but mini bar was never stocked. Location is good but looks like property is not kept up to date, not spending on cleanup and upgrades. ”

“Only negative thing was that my bed sheet had some stains on it. All the rest, food, staff, and facilities were good enough.”

“The staff was very helpful. The property is in a safe residential area and a lot of restaurants are within 10 minutes of driving distance. The rooms were clean and well managed. ”

“The hotel staff was very friendly. The bathroom did not offer much privacy. I had gone with my son. The blankets were so thick that either it was too cold or too warm. Pillows were not of breathing material.”

“This place claims to be 3 or 4 star but it is none of that, it is a horribly run hotel where guests are given shoddy quality treatment. Also, there is no continental breakfast, it's just Masala dosa and chicken nuggets (which were oily n unpalatable). I recommend avoiding place as even when you tell the staff your concern n give them a chance to fix it they just say "we understand sir, Shay" and then do nothing. ”
