“Hotel ok ma personale alla reception con trattamento pessimo di fronte ad un problema con la ricarica dell’auto elettrica. Dicono di offrire il parcheggio ma non è vero in quanto di proprietà privata e spesso sempre pieno. Nessuno del personale sapeva come funzionava la ricarica e la wifi è terribile ”

“We stayed in summer, and the external temperature was about 35°C. In the room the temperature was intollerabile. I suppose a **** hotel should provide a decent comfort with air conditioning in the rooms. Except for this the room was spacious and clean.”

“Dieses ruhig gelegene Landhotel ist einfach spitze. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Frühstück war sehr gut.”

“This is a 4 stars hotel, but the stars are probably given for the pool, as the rooms do not live up to that. Our room was basic, although the poker theme is funny, no fridge bar, small bathroom with leaking shower cabin, cleanliness could have been better. Staff seems very amateur and most speak basic English. Although we booked dinner, we waited 1,5 hour before we got food on our plates - we have three kids aged 8, 5 and 1, you can imagine how that worked for us... The pool area is the best,...

“Das Hotel ist sehr nett, das Personal sehr freundlich, das Frühstück übersichtlich aber gut und ausreichend. Nur der Lärm, der von der Ems kommt, führt dazu, dass man nachts nicht lüften kann. Schade. Ansonsten gerne wieder.”
