“Ho scelto questa struttura perchè sono socio membershiph del BWH, contavo di accumulare punti. Dopo aver prenotato ho scoperto che se prenoto con Expedia non ho diritto all'accumulo dei punti. Siamo arrivati in hotel è c'è stata una spiacevole confusione al checkin. Ho prenotato 2 stanze, eravamo in 3 2 adulti e una ragazza di 13 anni. Prima mi hanno proposto una camere per 3 persone, non so bene perché poi ho ricordato loro che ho prenotato 2 camere. Non so perché ma ho ricevuto mille domande...
