“L'hotel e' un capolavoro di ingegneria composto da due torri di 52 piani, oltre a 4 piani di parcheggi. Abbiamo soggiornato al piano 42 in un appartamento bellissimo con vista stupenda sulla citta' e sul Bosforo. Ascesori velocissimi e ben modulati assicurano un ottimo confort. Al pian terreno un supermercato assisura le vivande necessarie, almeno per la colazione. Sempre al piano terra piscina e SPA, palestra biliardo e pista da sci su nastro, per una esperieza stravagante. Un po' scarsa la...

“Very good room, with a balcony and three windows on the city lights. My room was the double deluxe room. The room was very clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable which was very good cause I was there to rest from a surgery. The staff was very friendly and professional and always willing to help. The breakfast was good. I reccomend this hotel. Super 🙂 thanks for your kindness”

Lo specchio in camera era rotto, il frigorifero non si chiudeva, sono arrivato in hotel, mi hanno accompagnato in camera senza spiegarmi nulla della cassaforte, del condizionatore e delle televisioni. “There was a power generator running all the night out of my window. Very noisy and impossible to sleep. You cannot switch on/off the light from the bed, the light switch it is far away from the bed. Not to much choices for breakfast dishes. They gave me the wrong password for the wireless.”

“Camere insonorizzate come loro dicono di avere, zero, si sentiva anche quando cadeva una moneta nell’ altra stanza. Sono arrivato che la stanza era piena di polvere addirittura penso che non era nemmeno la camera che avevo prenotato (ma ero troppo stanco e ho lasciato perdere), dicono camera see mare ma apparte le vecchie case che si vedono si vede solo una striscia di mare in lontananza. “Il location è molto centrale e nella struttura mi hanno offerto un posto auto gratuitamente. La camera è molto piccola, il condizionatore non è funzionante e quindi faceva molto caldo anche nel mese di novembre. Il WIFI è solamente funzionante nella hall e nella stanza si fa fatica a navigare. Pulizie tutti giorni ma il bagno è sporco.”

“I liked the apartment. There were 2 bedrooms and a living room with a kitchenette. This was convenient in terms of space and separate places for sleeping and sitting together. The kitchennete was well equipped with utencils. There was also a washing machine and a hanger for drying the laundry. This was a great help. “J’ai choisi une chambre sur le site il m’ont donné une autre différente. De plus la salle de gym est fermée depuis la pandémie et il disent que le site n’est pas à jour pour annoncer un tel problème. La chambre est au dernier étage juste à côté des moteurs de climatisation, le bruit est horrible 24/24. L’insonorisation est nulle j’entendais les voisins parlaient mot par mot. Le matin on attendait l’ascenseur pour quelques minutes parce qu’il est bloqué par les femmes de ménage aux étages qui...
