“Fantastic ocean view! For sure get an ocean view room! ”

“Nel complesso la struttura é buona, le camere sono spaziose e pulite. Bella la piscina sulla spiaggia. Il frigobar in camera troppo rumoroso, disturbava continuamente il sonno durante la notte. La colazione povera e non di qualità per un hotel a 5 stelle. Ho chiesto un caffè espresso o un cappuccino ed erano a pagamento. Considerando il costo della colazione è inaccettabile. ”

“Very enjoyable stay. Staff were excellent, remembering previous dietary requirement requests and being friendly and approachable. 2 suggestions: provide drinking water in a more eco friendly way, rather than small plastic bottles of water. We must have got thru about 30 bottles :(. Many comparable resorts now provide water in refillable glass bottles or large refillable containers (5l). Secondly, make it a rule that guests should not fly drones in the resort. There was an annoying drone flying...

“・フロントスタッフ、ベルスタッフの対応がとてもいい。 ・バルコニーからの眺望がよく、開放感がありリラックスできた。 ・アメニティが充実していたが、室内用の使い捨てスリッパが見当たらなかった。 ・室内は清潔感があり、広さも十分、快適だったが、広さの割にソファが小さい。もっと大きなソファに変えたほうが良い。 ・寝心地が良いマットレスだった。 ・ベッドルーム窓側のコンセントの一つに不具合があり充電プラグを差し込むことができなかった。 ・９０分のマッサージを受けたがレベルが高い施術だった。 ・朝食は選ぶのが楽しいビュッフェだっが、いくつか不満点がある。卵料理がなかったこと、フルーツが途中でなくなっても補充されなかったこと、ジュースの種類が少ないこと、コーヒーが美味しくないことなどである。ベトナムはフルーツが豊富でコーヒーも美味しいというイメージだったのでその点は不満である。 ・レストランスタッフの対応が良い。 ”

“너무 좋았어요. 시설도 깨끗 하고, 수영장도 너무 좋고 다만 평일이라 이용 할 수 있는 식당이 한정적이라 4일 동안 너무 질리더라구요. 안이 넓어서 걸어다니기 힘들었네요 ㅎㅎ 룸서비스에 한식 메뉴 좀 있어서 좋았어요. 특히 수영장쪽 카페테리아에 망고스무디 진짜 망고 깍아서 넣어주고 너무 맛있어요!”
