Vacanza da sogno
Ho soggiornato una settimana alla casa delle Alohe insieme al mio fidanzato, ed è davvero un luogo incantevole. Sin dal primo momento la gentilezza e la cortesia del signor Giuseppe ci hanno fatto sentire i benvenuti. La casa è ancora più bella di come appare in foto, fornita di tutto ed estremamente pulita. Impossibile dimenticare il panorama mozzafiato che si gode dal terrazzo. Posizione ottimale, tranquilla ma non isolata, che ti permette di raggiungere il centro di Aci Trezza con una breve passeggiata. Il soggiorno in questa casa ha sicuramente contribuito a rendere la nostra permanenza in Sicilia ancora più bella.

Un appartamento poetico
L'appartamento e l'accoglienza di Giuseppe ci ha lasciati senza parole... Le terrazze di cui gode l'appartamento le abbiamo sfruttate per pranzi e cene comprando prodotti tipici da varie gastronomie e per sorseggiare dell'ottimo vino guardando le stelle. Buon punto di partenza per varie escursioni e visite nei borghi. Un appartamento che non vi deluderà!!! È poetico come lo è Aci Trezza. Consiglio "Lachea" come ristorante di pesce Grazie Giuseppe

spesso affitto case vacanze ma devo dire che è la prima volta che trovo una casa arredata con tanta cura. Molto elegante ma pratica da vivere. Pulitissima, spaziosa. Le terrazze ti permettono di mangiare a qualsiasi ora all'aperto con una vista mozzafiato !! Il Sig. Giuseppe che ci ha accolto è stato gentilissimo e disponibile a rispondere alle nostre domande. Ristoranti e bar ad Acitrezza non mancano come pure pescherie dove acquistare ottimo pesce freschissimo. vacanza da consigliare

So comfortable and amazing views.
Giuseppe and Jano made us welcome in person, and had provided bottled water, home made wine (unbelievably good) and the most delicious blood oranges and lemons from the garden. They could not do enough for us! The property would be hard to find but their directions meant we found it easily. A car is necessary for stays here but it is worth it - quiet and comfortable with amazing views from the patio and roof garden. Thank you both for letting us stay here!

Even better than the photos
We were a little hesitant to book a place in Sicily online. We came across this unit when searching Catania. The photos do not do it justice. The unit was beautiful and comfortable. Jano and Giuseppe met us and made sure everything was explained. The fresh fruit and homemade wine were delightful and we enjoyed them very much. The view from the terrace is famtastic. Being able to cook in a fully equipped kitchen and do laundry helped keep expenses down. Great base of operations to see Syracuse, Taormina and Etna. You'll love it here.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in toller Lage
Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit einem fantastischen Ausblick. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und haben uns zur Wohnung und Ort alles super erklärt. Die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung und die beiden Terrassen laden zum Verweilen ein. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenhalt!

Wir waren im Juni 2023 hier. Die Wohnung ist super schön genau wie auf den Bildern gezeigt wird. Giuseppe und Jano sind super nett. Für den Aufenthalt in Aci Trezza ist ein Mietwagen unverzichtbar da die Wohnung etwas oberhalb liegt und die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten weiter entfernt sind.An den Fahrstil der Sizilianer muss man sich allerdings erst gewöhnen. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen.

Perfetto
We have stayed in a lot of apartments in Italy - this is a beautiful apartment, excellently positioned only 30 mins from the airport. The village is in walking distance which has a range of restaurants and local shops. A nearby railway station )15 mins drive) allows easy access to local towns. The terrace is the perfect place to unwind and in an evening the ‘top terrace’ gets the sun till it sets. Guiseppe was very accommodating re: check in as we arrived early. A very friendly and charming host. It was great to know he was close at hand if we needed him. The apartment has everything you need including air con. Everything in the apartment is of the highest standard. We simply cannot fault any aspect of the apartment and wouldn’t hesitate to return to explore more of Sicily.

Das Auge des Polyphem
Diesen Ausblick muss der Einäugige aus der griechischen Sagenwelt gehabt haben, als er Odysseus und die Seinen an seiner Küste landen sah. Meer, Meer und einen Sonnenaufgang, der sicher von Dichtern besungen wurde. Genug der Sagen, Das Appartement war großzügig. Die beiden Terrassen doppelt so groß. Es war alles vorhanden. Der Gastgeber spricht perfektes Englisch. Die Lage ist oberhalb von Acitrezza. Hier muss man mobil und gut zu Fuß sein. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es keine Möglichkeit einzukaufen. Ein Auto ist unverzichtbar. Die steile Anfahrt ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Art, wie in Süditalien Auto gefahren wird, sowieso. Der Weg zum Appartement ist mit 31 Stufen ein gutes Training für die Oberschenkelnuskulatur. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen.

Ein wundererbares Appartement
Alles war einfach wunderbar. Das check in war reibungslos, wir wurden sehr herzlich mit frischen Obst, Wein und Blumen (zum Weltfrauentag) begrüßt. Das Appartement ist wunderschön. Die Terrasse ist sonnig, das Bett bequem, man hat einen wunderbaren Ausblick auf das Meer und die Wohnung mit allem eingerichtet, was man so brauch. Sehr vorteilhaft ist auch der kleine Parkplatz direkt am Appartement. Der Ort Aci Trezza ist ca 10 min zu Fuß entfernt. Hier gibt es wirklich tolle Restaurants, nette Kaffees und das Meer =) sehr authentisch italienisch und gar nicht so sehr touristisch (zumindest im März). Die Wohnung ist praktisch gelesen um die ganze Ostküste zu erkunden. Ein großes Highlight für uns waren auch die 4 kleinen Katzenkinder die sehr zutraulich sind. Alles in allem ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt, wir können es bedingungslos weiter empfehlen.

Mein Tipp!
Eine wunderschöne Wohnung. Modern und bis ins Datail liebevoll und stilsicher eingerichtet. Alle Zimmer sind mit allem ausgestattet, was der Mensch so braucht. Irre Aussicht!Was aber das besondere ist, ist der Empfang durch Guiseppe, der mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand, und uns sogar noch ein sizilianisches Frühstück zum Abschied brachte. Danke! Empfehlung an alle! Wir waren aber sehr froh, dass wir mit dem Auto da waren, da es vom Ort aus ganz schön nach oben geht. Das Auto kann man kostenlos im abgeschlossenen Hof parken. Superb Apartment
Contact with owners was easy and meeting up to obtain keys, etc was spot on as Giuseppe lives below. Both hosts were delightful and the accommodation was immaculate and exactly as described on Web. A welcome gift of a bowl of fruit and Jano' s excellent homemade Red wine was a surprise. Everything necessary was provided and we really enjoyed our stay, enabling us to explore the local area and further afield in Sicily. Acitrezza is a busy area at this time of summer but this added to the enjoyment as all the eateries were buzzing. Everywhere we went, we were made most welcome and the food superb. The apartment is situated on a hillside, up a narrow winding road, above the main coast road making access a little challenging, with parked cars and traffic. The property is behind electronic gates and parking is behind a further set of gates only suitable for a small car. Overall, our experience with the apartment was above reproach and we had a wonderful time there.

Perfektes "zu Hause"
Trotz einer verfrühten Anreise wurden wir herzlich von Jano und Guilio empfangen, die sich viel Zeit nahmen uns ihre perfekt eingerichtete Wohnung zu übergeben und alle Einzelheiten zu erklären, wobei sie auch gute Tipps für unsere Ausflüge gaben. Die Wohnung ist hell uns gemütlich eingerichtet mit allem, was den Aufenthalt perfekt macht! Die große Sonnenterrasse mit Blick aufs Meer zum Frühstück und die Dachterrasse beim Sonnenuntergang sind nur zwei der Highlights des Aufenthaltes in der Casa del Aloe. Die Küche ist 1A ausgestattet und das Kingsizebett mehr als bequem. Wir bedanken uns bei den beiden recht herzlich und Empfehlen sie als perfekte Gastgeber gerne weiter!

Tout était parfait !
Accueil de Giuseppe et Jano génial pour notre arrivée très tardive! L’appartement est encore mieux en vrai que sur le site( déco de très bon goût, sensation d’espace, équipements de qualité en particulier la literie). Il faut se forcer pour partir visiter! Merci pour le vin et les fruits à l’arrivée! On a apprécié et merci pour l’aloe vera qui nous rappellera la déco extérieure de la maison. L’accès aux restaurants d’Aci Trezza est facile à pied et la possibilité de garer la voiture un atout. Super séjour, on recommande sans restriction.

Herrliche Sonnen-Auszeit im Winter!
Wir haben zu zweit einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt vom 1. Januar bis zum 8. Januar in dem sehr gepflegten und exzellent ausgestatteten Apartment verbracht. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir äußerst herzlich begrüßt und in die Nutzung eingewiesen. Die Wohnung war blitzsauber, sogar eine Flasche selbst gemachten Weines wurde uns zum Geschenk gemacht. Für einen Winteraufenthalt ist die Wohnung hervorragend geeignet, da sie zum einen beheizt ist, zum anderen aber auch mit dem wunderbaren Blick punktet. Selbst im Januar konnten wir auf der Terrasse herrlich im T-Shirt in der Sonne sitzen. Herrlich ist die Lage in der Wohnung: Die Wohnung ist außerordentlich schön gelegen mit einem wunderbar weiten Blick auf das Meer vor den Zyklopeninseln. Morgens bis abends (im Winter bis circa 16:00 Uhr) scheint die Sonne direkt auf die Terrasse(n). Diese kann man mit dem bereitgestellten Mobiliar (Liegestühle, Hollywoodschaukel, Sitzgruppe) auch hervorragend nutzen. Man ist super schnell unten in den Fischerdörfern rund um Ali Trezza. Dort gibt es hervorragende Restaurants, die nicht nur Fisch und Meeresfrüchte servieren, sondern auch alle anderen italienischen Köstlichkeiten. Aber auch einfachere Pizzerien und Bars sind dort in sehr guter Qualität zu finden. Auch die Nähe zu Catania ist fantastisch, dort kann man sehr viele kulturelle Schätze der Insel bewundern, aber auch hervorragend essen und ausgehen.

Traumurlaub in Traum-FeWo
Die FeWo ist exakt wie auf den Bildern: ein Traum. Die Vermieter Jano und Guiseppe sind unglaublich höflich und zuvorkommend und wir haben uns den gesamten Aufenthalt über wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist wirklich toll, es ist alles vorhanden. Von den Standard-Küchenutensilien bis zur Waschmaschine. Einzig einen Sparschäler und Wasserkocher haben wir vermisst. Aber wir haben die Kaffemaschine einfach ohne Kaffee durchlaufen lassen, so hatten wir heißes Wasser für unseren Tee :-) Die Lage ist für die Ostküste sehr günstig, da man sowohl an Taormina/Messina als auch Syrakus angebunden ist. Zudem ist Catania auch nicht weit weg. Alles andere wie Agrigent oder Palermo ist dann mit dem Auto nur über mehstündige Fahrten erreichbar. Wir werden die Insel vermutlich nochmals besuchen. Allen viel Spaß und ihr könnt mit der FeWo nix falsch machen!

Loved, loved Sicily
First time to Sicily and this place made our experience that much more memorable. Another commentator mentioned that the pictures don’t do it justice, we couldn’t agree more. As a off-season renter we were fortunate to have near perfect weather so I can only imagine what it would be like to stay during the season. We used the property as a ‘base camp’ to explore the highlights of Sicily. You can walk into town for some solid restaurants or drive 4km to a former fish town that has an abundance of restaurants on the water. Our hosts were most gracious, meeting us upon our arrival and stopping in on our last day to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Not sure why a couple would stay anywhere else.

Super Terrasse, schöner Ausblick, sehr zentral
Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in dieser sehr komfortablen und schön eingerichteten sowie gut gelegenen Wohnung mit sehr großer Terasse, auf der man super gut frühstücken, Abend essen und sich entspannen kann. Die Wohnung liegt zentral und man kann die Umgebung sehr gut erkunden. Die Gastgeber waren äußerst zuvorkommend, gaben Tipps und waren super freundlich! Es gab Obst und eine Flasche Rotwein als Willkommensgruß, was wir sehr genossen haben. Sehr empfehlenswert.

An outstanding apartment
We entered this apartment and just went “wow” and spent our whole week feeling the same. To start with you couldn’t meet two nicer people than Jano and Giuseppe. They couldn’t do enough to make us feel welcome, showing us all the features of the apartment and the facilities around. They so genuinely wanted us to enjoy our stay and you could tell how proud they are of their property. It felt like meeting friends. But then they left us to it and we just checked out very informally at the end. I have to say the wine they gave us was exceptional - highly recommended. As for the apartment we can’t rate it highly enough. It is just spotless with every feature you need. Loved the dinky washing machine. The AC worked perfectly in combination with the fan in the bedroom and we slept perfectly. The terrace is the stand out feature with breathtaking views and we loved eating breakfast out there. We stayed out longer than needed just to read and relax before setting off on trips. But then it was fantastic to come back to in the evenings. We went off every day to wonderful places - Taormina, Etna, Ortigia, Noto, the mosaics at Villa Romana del Casale. Every one was stunning and not too far away. We went down into Acitrezza most evenings to eat and wander. It’s an easy enough 10 minute walk down. Driving is a very different skill in Sicily so walking was a welcome change. Our advice - hire a small car and be prepared for cars coming out quickly at every junction. You soon adopt the Sicilian attitude. There are plenty of restaurants and pizzerias - we particularly liked Pellegrinos - the pizzas were excellent and service so friendly. In fact the friendliness of all the Sicilians we met was such a positive. Everyone was so helpful and accommodating . All in all a fabulous holiday in a fabulous apartment. Usually at the end of a holiday I’m ready to come home but not this time. I could definitely have stayed longer. Highly recommended and many thanks Jano and Giuseppe for your attention to detail and warmth.

Sehr zu empfehlen.
Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Wir bekamen viele Informationen zur Umgebung und Ort. Auf unsere Wünsche und Bedürfnisse wurde unmittelbar eingegangen. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem sehr guten Zustand und alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Man kann die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

Wir haben uns in diesem schönen Appartement sehr wohl gefühlt und haben das tägliche Frühstück mit Meerblick sehr genossen. Die Inhaber haben uns herzlich willkommen geheißen und uns 1 Flasche Wein von dem eigenen Weingut, Zitronen, frische Orangen, Wasser im Kühlschrank und mit schönen Blumen empfangen. Wir wurden über die Ausflugsmöglichkeiten informiert und haben Tipps für die Besichtigung des Ätnas bekommen. Zum Abschied wurde uns noch ein Keramiktöpfchen mit einer Pflanze geschenkt mit der Bezeichnung Aci Trezza...Casa Aloe. Wir bedanken uns nochmals ganz herzlich für die schöne Zeit!!!

Modernes Appartement mit schöner Aussicht
Wir wurden sehr freundlich von unseren Gastgebern empfangen. Modern eingerichtetes, sauberes und sehr gut ausgestattetes Appartement mit großer Terrasse, von der man einen schönen Ausblick hat. Bis in den kleinen Ort Aci Castello mit vielen Restaurants läuft man gut 10 Minuten. Es geht allerdings steil bergab bzw. bergauf. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge zum Ätna oder nach Taormina. Nur 30 Minuten vom Flughafen Catania entfernt.

nehezu perfekte Ferienwohnung
Die Ferienwohnung liegt etwas oberhalb vom Ort an einem steilen, mit Luxushäuser bebauten Hang. Ausstattung und Komfort haben unsere Erwartungen voll bestätigt. Den Stern Abzug gibt es für die zum Teil nächtliche Ruhestörung durch das Hundegebell in den umliegenden Häuser.

Die Wohnung ist angenehm, sauber und bietet genug Platz für 2 Personen. Die Terrassen erlauben einen schönen Ausblick. Im Dorf gibt es viele Restaurants und Bars welche zu Fuss in 10 Min bequem zu erreichen sind. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Grandiose Aussicht
Wir wurden toll empfangen. Ein Korb Orangen, Zitronen und Mandarinen erwarteten uns. Die Terrasse hat eine wunderbare Aussicht auf das Mittelmeer an dem man sich nicht satt sehen. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und schön und funktionell eingerichtet. Alles wie beschrieben. Zum Abschied haben wir sogar eine kleine Aloe Vera bekommen.

Aci Trezza ist nicht sehr schön, die Landschaft um den Etna entschädigt dafür.

Just like the photos!
The apartment was fabulous, bright, clean and everything you could want for a holiday. We had two weeks and wished we had booked for three. The views are spectacular and location ideal for visiting sites of interest. The town Aci Trezza is lovely in the evening, and plenty of restaurants to choose from. We loved Aci Castello and the castle and square a lovely place to sit and have a drink or food. So many places to visit, Syracuse and it’s “island” is a good day out and the modern cathedral spectacular. Mount Etna has to be done! Riposto is interesting and a good walk along it’s coast. Giuseppe and Jano, the owners, were so welcoming and helpful and we certainly recommend their apartment.

Traumhafte Lage, Top-Wohnung
Die Wohnung können wir ohne Einschränkungen weiter empfehlen. Die Lage oberhalb von Aci Trezzo bietet einen herrlichen Ausblick, den man von der schönen Terrasse ausgiebig genießen kann. Sie ist sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Der Standort ist für Ausflüge an die gesamte Ostküste inklusive Ätna gut geeignet. Am Ort selbst sowie in den angrenzenden Küstenorten gibt es viele kleine (Fisch-)Restaurants. Der herzliche Empfang der Vermieter bleibt uns in guter Erinnerung.

Very nice view !
The flat is exactly as describe; probably even better in reality compare than the pictures. The location is great assuming your have a car. The village is a nice small village with all you need to relax. The host are absolutely lovely and very helpful. I would go back!

Herrlicher Meerblick
Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Terrassen sind ein Traum, man hat eine atemberaubende Aussicht auf das Meer und kann die Ruhe genießen. Wir würden jeder Zeit wiederkommen. Mit dem Auto ca. 25 Minuten bis ins Zentrum von Catania. Gut auch für Ausflüge zum Etna, nach Taormina und wer etwas weiter fahren möchte, auch bis nach Noto und Syrakus.

Modernes und perfekt ausgestattetes Apartment mit Sonnenterasse und grandioser Aussicht
Das Apartment ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für alle, die die Ostküste Siziliens kenen lernen wollen. Voraussetzung ist natürlich ein Mietwagen, mit dem von Acitrezza aus alle sehenswerten Orte, Bauten und landschaftliche Schönheiten, den Ätna ntürlich eingeschlossen, gut erreichbar von sind. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und geben gute Tips für Besichtigungen oder Restaurantbesuche. Zur Begrüßung gab es einen Obstkorb und Wein aus eigenem Anbau.
