Location a 5 stelle
Fin da subito siamo stati accolti come se fossimo in un albergo a 5 stelle. La pulizia impeccabile i servizi forniti dalla struttura eccellenti e di altissima qualità. Consiglio vivamente questa location per godersi delle vacanze con molta privacy e soprattutto in un ma villa meravigliosa. Grazie infinite ritorneremo presto!

Beautiful house and views
The villa was well maintained and the view was amazing!! Our only issue was that the villa was advertised as a 5 bedroom house and we only had three bedrooms available to us. My two sons who are over six feet tall needed to share a bed. The owner said that we only had seven people and it is based on number of people. This was not expressed anywhere in the booking and when we booked, the price was based on days rented. He ultimates opened one of the rooms downstairs but it was still not the 5 bedrooms advertised.

Beautiful spot
A very special place. Beautiful, clean, well managed. Giuseppe, the caretaker was terrific. My only concern was the was the property was advertised, it says 6 bedrooms. We had access to 3. When I asked the owner he stated the number of people that are staying determines your access to the downstairs bedrooms. That was not stated anywhere. My grandson had to,sleep in the living room. So that was disappointing. I would recommend getting clarification when booking. Truly is a beautiful spot.

Moderne Villa mit schönem Garten und Blick aufs Meer
Wir hatten den Hauptteil (EG und 1. OG) des Hauses gemietet. Hier befinden sich 4 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder im OG sowie Küche und großes Wohn-Esszimmer im EG. Direkter Zugang zum großen und sehr gepflegten Garten mit Pool. Toller Ausblick aufs Meer. Terrasse ist inzwischen überdacht. Zudem separater Grillplatz. Alles in gehobenem italienischen Standard. Wir hatten 10 entspannte und sonnige Tage Mitte Oktober. Gastgeber extrem hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Auto zwingend erforderlich, da das Anwesen erhöht und etwas abseits liegt. Geschäfte für den täglichen Gebrauch innerhalb von 5-10 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Objekt uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Speziellen Dank an Joseph, unseren Ansprechpartner vor Ort.

Sehr schöne und modern eingerichtete Unterkunft mit viel Platz
Wir (13 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder) haben unseren Sommerurlaub in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbracht. Schon bei der Anreise nahm uns der Eigentümer persönlich in Empfang und erklärte alles. Positiv war auch, dass im Untergeschoss 2 Wohnungen mit separatem Zugang waren. Somit hatten die Familien mit Kinder ihr eigenes Reich und konnten sich bei Bedarf auch zurückziehen. Die Küchen sind sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Der Rasen war trotz 40 Grad sehr grün und wurde jede Nacht bewässert. Pool war sauber und groß genug für so viele Personen Auch für die Kinder wurde uns auf Nachfrage innerhalb kürzester Zeit ein weitere Kinderbett gebracht. Der Eigentümer war jederzeit verfügbar und sehr freundlich. Wir behalten die Unterkunft in sehr guter Erinnerung und können diese auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Incantevole casa e premuroso proprietario
Casa nuova elegante, molto curata. La casa è stata prenotata per una pernottamento breve, ma sicuramente ritornerò in questa location. La casa modernissima e con finiture pregiate, offre tutti i confort per passare soggiorni molto confortevoli sia in estate che in inverno. Sicuramente in estate darà il meglio di se, con il suo giardino esterno, curatissimo e la parte con la piscina. Il proprietario veramente gentile è premuroso e si è prodigato per cercare di darci indicazioni su cosa fare nei dintorni. Raccomandata.

Luxurious modern new villa with many amenities, wonderful views and magic atmosphere
We had a fabulous vacation at Villa Giunima in Aci Castello. Giuseppe was a very helpful and generous host, with information on and suggestions about what to do in the area. Any concerns/questions we had were answered or attended to immediately. She couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful. Villa Giunima is very new (i think that is just finished) comfortable and cozy, with beds and linens all very new and fresh looking. I think we were about the first guests of this villa. The kitchen was perfectly equipped when preparing food. The garden was lovely with different places to sit and enjoy the wonderful views, it was just out of this world. The pool is very comfortable and relaxing. Overall we had a great time and would thoroughly recommend the villa.

Der Urlaub hier war wunderschön und ist sehr zu empfehlen für Urlauber, die sich etwas zurückziehen und entspannen möchten. Ein Highlight ist die ist der Garten mit Pool mit seinen fantastischen Weitblick auf die Umgebung bis hin zum Meer. Auf der großen Terrasse mit dem schön angelegten Garten konnten wir sehr viel Zeit im Freien verbringen. Das Haus hat sehr geräumige Zimmer und ist stilvoll und nagelneu eingerichtet. Auf Kleinigkeiten wie ein kaputte Kaffeemaschine hat der Vermieter sofort reagiert und sogar uns zum Frühstück mit tollen Gebäckstücken überrascht. Die Küche bot Alles um selbst darin tätig sein zu können. An Sauberkeit hat es hier nicht gefehlt. Nicht zu vergessen ist die ausgesprochen freundliche und großzügige Art der Gastgebers des Hauses, er hat sich sogar am Anreisetag die Zeit genommen, im Dorf mit uns einzukaufen, Er hat uns auch viele interessante Tipps für Restaurants und Orte empfohlen die klasse waren. Die Verständigung in englischer Sprache war hierfür ausgesprochen gut. Vielen herzlichen Dank an die Gastgeber. Wir werden unseren Urlaub in sehr guter Erinnerung behalten.

Warmly raccomended - wonderful staying
Ta willa była niesamowita, absolutnie wszystko, czego potrzebowaliśmy, było zapewnione na nasze wakacje. Szczegóły są bardzo dokładne. Bardzo niezbędne, ale z wszystkimi komfortami. Willa jest otoczona pięknymi sycylijskimi ogrodami wiejskimi, pomarańczowym i oliwnym drzewem. Piękne widoki i wspaniałe ogrody, więc dobrze utrzymywane przeciwko szanse na sycylijskim klimacie. Doskonały basen był dokładnie zadowolony ze wszystkich nas, szczególnie naszych dzieci. Jako rodzina, zostaliśmy w wielu wakacyjnych domach i willas w różnych krajach w europie, a ta willa jest czcionką najpiękniejszej, dobrze wyznaczonej i wygodnej, że doświadczyliśmy tego. Nasz uroczy gospodarz giuseppe był tak miły, że uprzejmy i pomocny przez cały pobyt. RozpoznanieThis villa was incredible, absolutely everything that we could have needed was provided for our holiday. The details are very accurate. Very essential, but with all the comforts. The villa is surrounded by beautiful Sicilian countryside gardens, with orange and olive trees. Beautiful views and wonderful gardens, so well maintained against the odds in the Sicilian climate. The excellent pool was thoroughly enjoyed by all of us especially our children. As a family, we have stayed in many holiday houses and villas both in different countries in Europe and this villa is ont of the most beautiful, well appointed and comfortable that we have experienced. Our lovely host, Giuseppe was so kind, considerate and helpful throughout our stay. Warmly reccomended
