Bellissima casa in zona strategica perfetta
Abbiamo passato due meravigliosi giorni nella bella casa di Agrippina e saremo volentieri rimasti più a lungo. L'appartamento è bello, pulito, spazioso, ben attrezzato e ci siamo sentiti i benvenuti dal primo momento. La casa è situata in una zona strategicamente ideale per espolare le attrazioni più importanti. In 10 minuti in macchina si può arrivare nella Valle dei Templi, Scala dei Turchi, Agrigento, ecc. La consiglio vivamente a famiglie e coppie che cercano tranquillità.

Location abbastanza vicina al mare ma la spiaggia è raggiungibile in auto. Punto di partenza ideale per visitare Agrigento e la sua provincia. Location confortevole . Ospiti discreti e molto gentili

Quattro giorni ad Agrigento
Abbiamo alloggiato quattro giorni presso la casa di Agrippina e suo marito, una coppia gentilissima e molto disponibile. La villetta è molto bella e spaziosa e dotata di molti confort. Ottima l'accoglienza con il frigo caricato di varie bibite e dolcetti del posto. La posizione anche se vicinissima al mare non permette di raggiungerlo a piedi ed è fondamentale l'uso della macchina. Nel complesso un giudizio decisamente positivo.

Bellissima e accogliente!
Posizione ottima e tranquilla, vicino al mare e alla Valle dei Templi. Una casa con due ospiti eccezionali: Agrippina e suo marito che vi faranno sentire come a casa vostra! Abbiamo soggiornato con la nostra famiglia, alla fine di agosto e abbiamo visitato le belle spiagge delle vicinanze sapendo di poter tornare a rilassarci in questo angolo di verde! Cinque stelle non basterebbero...

Ottima accoglienza da parte dei proprietari, nonostante il nostro ritardo causa traffico. Persone molto disponibili per qualsiasi consiglio o informazione. La casa è molto tranquilla e silenziosa e dispone di un’ampia zona parcheggio. Abitazione dotata di tutti i confort, probabilmente utilizzata anche dalla famiglia in altri periodi dell’anno. Tipici dolci alla crema ed altri biscotti alle mandorle quale omaggio di benvenuto. La casa è pulita e c’è tutto l’occorrente per cucinare, anche pero’ con prodotti alimentari che non sai se siano dei proprietari o dei precedenti inquilini, se puoi e se sia il caso o meno di usare( crackers e fette biscottate con confezioni parzialmente aperte, qualche prodotto chiuso ma di recente scadenza . Il patio ed il giardino esterno sono molto curati. Per un’amante delle piante e dei fiori è un paradiso, con specie di piante al nord assolutamente sconosciute. Soggiorno piacevole. Posizione strategica, molto vicina alla Valle dei Templi e ad Agrigento.

The owners were super helpful and extremely nice and made us feel at home. The property is molto bello. The only complaint the heat was on for only 1 hour twice a day. The heat could have been on a little bit longer, otherwise the stay was great

Agripina et son mari sont 2 personnes très sympathiques. L'accueil qu'ils nous ont réservé n'a d'égal que la générosité et la convivialité qu'ils nous ont temoigné durant notre séjour. La maison est super et l'extérieur tout aussi charmant. Nous recommandons sans retenue cet location.

Fabulous!
What a lovely introduction to Sicily! The property was beautiful and the hosts were so gracious. Agrippina greeted us with pastries and left plenty of refreshments for us during our short stay. The property sits high allowing a panoramic view of the area as well as the Mediterrean Sea! The sunsets were breathtaking! The kitchen is fully equipped and most inviting should you feel inspired to enjoy cooking what is grown locally. The house is centrally located making it a short drive to Valley of the Temples, Agrigento and thereis shoppingand a vegetable and fruit stand as well as a long sandy beach close by. Our only regret we had was that were not there longer!

Very hospitable
The house is very well situated for visiting the Valley of the Temples. It was very nicely presented inside and out and was equipped with everything that you could think of -plus some!! There are two proper bedrooms - the third single ‘room’ is in a lobby that is off one of the bedrooms and bathroom. This may suit a child but maybe not an adult expecting privacy. The garden is beautiful. Agrippina and her husband were delightful hosts and brought us gifts of local delicacies. They don’t speak English but my bad Italian plus Google translate worked wonders. We had a lovely time.

Stella sul Mare is the definition of "a home away from home." The house is beautiful, spacious, and filled with everything needed for a long or short stay. The surrounding gardens, with olive, almond, and lemon trees is tranquil and beautiful to look at. It is a few minutes walk to a perfect, protected beach, six minutes to the Valley of the Temples, and ten minutes to the restaurants of old town Agrigento. Overall, this is an amazing place to stay!

Agrippina, Rosalie and Angelo are very warm, welcoming and gracious hosts. We were greeted with Sicilian pastries and our hosts checked in with us throughout the stay to make sure we had everything we needed.

Wonderful stay
We are the family of 4, stayed 2 nights at the end of October. There are 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, very clean. Big living room, fully equipped kitchen. The hosts welcomed us with the plate of Sicilian sweets - very nice of them and so delicious! There was oil, salt, sugar, juice, espresso, tea and beer, and all utensils in the kitchen. Herbs in the garden and lemon from the tree. The terrace is big, the garden around the house is big, flowers around. We enjoyed breakfast on the sunny terrace in the morning! The hosts are very nice and friendly people, it was pleasure to meet them. The house is close to Valle dei Templi, Agrigento, few minutes from the sea by car. Many books about Sicily and surroundings. Dishwasher and washing machine available. We had a very good and comfortable stay. Grazie for Agripina and Angelo!

Lovely Stella on the sea.
Our hosts were really very lovely people who never let language difficulties get in the way of a good conversation. The house is very handy for a beach, close enough for a stroll to at any time of day, and the valley of temples, which was the focus of our trip. The weather was amazing and we sat out in the garden most of the time, which was also a delight, filled, as it was, with exotic plant species, the air filled with bird song. All in all, a very successful trip. Many, many thanks to our hosts.

Very clean, older home filled with interesting antiques. Ideal location for Greek ruins, Stairs of the Turks, and the beach. Charming couple live on second floor and they have the view of the Mediterranean shown in the description. Septic system will not accept paper products. You will need a car as there are no services in immediate vicinity

Lovely hosts, convenient location
We were greeted by our hosts With pastries and a bottle of sparkling wine. Lovely people who were surprisingly easy to communicate with despite not speaking each others language. The grounds are lovely and we spent a great deal of time outdoors. You do need a car because they are outside the city but with a car everything is conveniently close. It is a gated property, so very secure. Extremely firm mattresses on the beds.

It felt like home
Agrippina and Angelo greeted us with fresh pastries, a cup of espresso and let us pick from the orange and lemon trees. This gated home had all the amenities and more. A perfect place for a family with children. A safe area for them to play while sitting right on the porch overlooking the yard. This is perfect for couples since the two bedrooms we used had its own bathroom. It is in a great location. Close to the Valley of the Temples; about 15 minutes from town. One restaurant within walking distance. We would definitely stay there again!

L'accueil d'Agrippina et Angelo est absolument charmant, et le lieu était parfait pour un séjour en famille. Les enfants ont pu jouer au basket dans la cour et nous avons profité de la terrasse pour les petits-déjeuners. Le centre d'Agrigento et la Valle dei Templi sont à proximité... Wonderful Stella by the Sea
Stella by the Sea is a wonderful place to stay while visiting Agrigento. The house is very comfortable and is well equipped. Agrippina and Angelo are very caring hosts who offered us information about the area and also stocked the kitchen with juice, soft drinks, wine, olive oil, pastries and homemade lemoncello!

A Beautiful Retreat
Our accommodation was a beautiful home with extravagant grounds - including many coloured hibiscus plants, olive trees, palms, Prickly Pear cactus with delicious fruit, and more. The home was well equipped and comfortable. The veranda was absolutely gorgeous providing us with hours of outdoor relaxation in the warm Sicilian climate. Our hosts are very, very warm and welcoming people. We felt very happy there. Plus, this location is a great place to plan day-tips to swim and to enjoy other Sicilian locations.

Beautiful property and wonderful couple that make sure everything is to your satisfaction.
We arrived and were treated to a collection of pastries including cannoli that was very tasty. The kitchen is very well equipped with both coffee and tea provided.. Wonderful outside sitting area to relax.

A Beautiful, Magical Place
We loved every moment of our time at Stella the Sea. Angelo and Agrippina are lovely hosts, and the property is clean, centrally located and comfortable. The garden and sea views are breathtaking! We count our time in Agrigento as some of our best moments in Sicilia; Angelo and Agrippina are the epitomai of fantastic Italian hosts. Siamo stati benissimo alla stella al mare! Angelo ed Agrippina sono gentilissimi ospiti e la casa 'e belissima e comoda. Torneremmo senza esitazione!

Het huis met ruime veranda en mooie tuin zijn zeer sfeervol ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. We zijn heel hartelijk ontvangen door de gastvrije Agrippina en Angelo. Ze hebben ons verwend! Un accueil chaleureux et attentionné dans le rez de chaussée de la maison d’Agripina et Angelo
Nous avons passé 4 jours chez Agripina et Angelo qui nous ont accueilli avec des petites douceurs délicieuses au frigo et une maison aménagée avec tout le nécessaire et même plus lol! Ici on est au calme, Agripina est très heureuse de montrer son jardin superbement entretenu et de nous donner des idées de balades ou de lieux à découvrir ! Un vrai plaisir pour progresser en italien ! Nous nous sommes vraiment senti à l’aise et notre petit garçon de 8 ans a pu jouer avec les jeux du petit fils des propriétaires ! La maison est situé à quelques minutes de la vallée des temples et environ 15 minutes des plages! Il faut par contre absolument une voiture pour venir ici! Nous reviendrons avec beaucoup de plaisir si notre chemin nous mène à Agrigento !

Mooie vakantie villa in een prachtige omgeving
Grote woning op een afgesloten stuk grond. Van de woning hebben we gebruik gemaakt van de begane grond. De erg vriendelijke eigenaren wonen op de eerste verdieping. Zijn erg behulpzaam om de mooie plekken in de omgeving aan te wijzen. Voldoende ruimte om te parkeren. In de ruimte tuin staan onder andere olijf- citroenbomen. Erg leuk verblijf gehad.

The best of hosts, fascinating house and great location for the Valley of the Temples.
Agrippina and Angelo couldn't have been more helpful or accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble and we really appreciated their attention to detail. They're life long experience of the area provided valuable insights. The property and garden were a real Sicilian experience, really well equipped whilst being traditionally presented. It's early in the season but I can imagine how lush the plot with look in the near future. We certainly enjoyed the lemons. It helps to have someone in the group who speaks a bit of Italian but we left some notes in English which hopefully will help those who can't get the most out of Agrippina and Angelo's extensive local knowledge.

Impressive home, awesome and caring owners
Agrippina and Angelo have a lovely, comfy and cosy vacancy home, fully furnished and full of details which have made our stay just perfect. It's situated at an ideal spot with views to the sea and next to the Valley of Temples, one and two hours drive from most relevant places.. They are a lovely , wellcoming and caring couple who made our stay unforgettable. It more than lived up to our expectations. We had an incredible time there. Even on easter friday , Agrippina cooked us an special sicilian dish, just luscious. Thank you so much Agrippina and Angelo. Our hearts are full of love with Sicily, its land, its monuments, its history, its meals and its people thanks to you.

Beautiful home and a most lovely garden
Here we had an unforgettable stay close to the Valle dei templi. This was in the beginning of october and most on sicily was burned after a hot summer but here we came to a paradise garden with beautiful flowers, olivetrees and a glimse of the blue sea. A very well kept home with everything one could ask for. Agrippina and Angelo were most helpful and generous. It was walking distance to a calm, not commersial sand beach. Mary and Berit Sweden

Belle propriété mais omniprésence des propriétaires .
Accueil très chaleureux . Un problème de communication important existe car les propriétaires ne parlent qu'italien. Belle propriété , bien située, mais beaucoup trop personnalisée. On éprouve quelques difficultés à se sentir à l'aise chez eux.

Gastvrij en probleemloos verblijf aan de Siciliaanse zuidkust! A warm welcome to the South of Sicily
Hartelijk welkom geheten door Agrippina en Angelo vonden wij een zeer schoon en zeer ruim huis voor 4 a 5 personen, met praktische keuken, 2 1/2 slaapkamer, 2 badkamers, en een zeer ruim overdekt terras waar het goed toeven was. Met de auto snel in Agrigento of de Vallei van de tempels, of in 15 minuten te voet naar een schoon, bijna privé, strand. Zeer aanbevelenswaardig! We received a warm welcome by Agrippina and Angelo in their very clean and very roomy house, with 2,5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen with all the relevant appiances, and a patio where you could stay come rain or shine. By car it's easy to reach Agrigento (the old city is a must see) or the Valley of the Tempels (extraordinary!), and to an almost private beach (very clean), it's only a 15 min. walk (or 7 min. if you use the car for half the way). Very recommendable!

Très bien placé et accueil de qualité
Un accueil merveilleux, Agripina et son mari nous ont accueillis comme leur famille, toujours disponible, sachant rester discret. Un plaisir d'écouter les commentaires d'Agripina sur les lieux à découvrir, tant les sites touristiques, que les restaurants ou autre lieux pour faire les courses. Ils m'ont même emmené en voiture pour me montrer les endroits "pratiques" du secteur. La maison est placée à 5 mn en voiture de la vallée des temples et des plages les plus proches. 15 mn de la scalla des turchis! La maison est très propre et très bien équipée. Le jardin est très fleuri et les oliviers et citronniers ajoutent une touche très sicilienne au lieu. Agripina nous a offert de l'huile d'olive de leur production locale, du limoncello et du granité fabriqué avec les citrons du jardin. Si nous revenons en Sicile nous repasserons chez eux! Nous conseillons vivement.

Très bon emplacement
La maison est à environ 3 km de la Vallée des temples et autant de la côte. C'est très pratique pour visiter cette partie de la Sicile. Les propriétaires sont gentils et accueillants. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison.
