I have spoken with my staff and have been informed that there was a Do Not Disturb sign on your door. My housekeepers are not allowed to enter an accommodation with the Do Not Disturb sign. My front desk, however, did provide you with fresh towels from our laundry room. You did not mention you were out of coffee. I apologize for any confusion. Thank you.

Sorry for your experience with our motel. Before your stay 3 days prior we had a severe thunderstorm and flooding that has not come through like that in years. Due to this our pool was damaged, hot tub was damaged, some of our cabin roofs were damaged, electric fluctuations damaged TVs, air conditioners, door locks. Within our 3 1/2 acre property many trees had been broken. As well, as our water wash was severely damaged. We are working on our entire property to repair all the damages and hope to get everything fixed in 15-20 days. We are extremely sorry you had experienced this during your stay. Please call us and we will refund your money.
