“As this was a budget, one-night stay, our expectations weren’t high. The older building, musty smells, etc. were expected. However, the lack of customer service and basic amenities was disappointing. TV did not work without staff resetting it. Sheets were clean but had red stains. We were only given one room key and two towels for family of five people (and yes, we were upcharged for our fifth person, our third child). No plug for the bathtub eliminated a bath as an option. “I came in for my grandmas funeral, and i couldn't have asked for a better stay. Insanely clean, easy check in and check out, the staff was top notch and treated us with so much care. As someone who majored in hospitality i was shocked about how wonderful this location was. Better than most 5 stars. Look fwd to staying again! I won't stay anywhere else when i come to see family”
