My sincerest apologizes for the issues you encountered during your recent stay at the Home2 Suites. All of our rooms are smoke free. It is awful when a previous guest does not obey the rules. My staff try's very hard to remove the odor the best they can. Sometimes it is very difficult to do so. Unfortunately, we are a pet friendly hotel and some guests do not know how to control their dogs the way they should. That must off been traumatic to your son. That is a terrible thing to happen to a child. Thank you for taking time out of your day to express your thoughts about your visit. I will be sharing them with housekeeping to make sure they are more aware of odors in the rooms.
