The issue was that when we arrived we had two king beds reserved and were first given a smoking room and then we requested another room for Lenore Hills they said they overbooked and only had a two bed room for her. Just disappointing when you think you have one thing and land o with another

Great place. We had a balcony room with a great view. Huge room and cool hotel with lots for my 7 year old and I to do. Highly recommend!

Our hot water didn't work in the shower so on the first day I had to take a cold shower. Then next day it worked but our shampoo and conditioner were completely empty. The third day our hot water didn't work again. Check in was not good. I had two rooms and they got everything confused and they kept trying to charge me twice. We also were going to eat at the hot restaurant that first night and the wait was like 30-45 minutes, so we waited. The fire alarm went off. They said it was a false alarm. After an hour I asked how much longer the wait was going to be. They said there was an issue in the kitchen, something with the smoke, and that's why the fire alarm went off and we wouldn't be able to dine there. No one ever came to tell us, so if we just waited, we would have been waiting all night. The next day the fire alarm went off again, then it was false. My kids are sensory sensitive so this was extremely stressful.

One morning I got pancakes. There was no syrup. I was told there was no more. Next morning no bacon or sausage. Was told there was no more. They charged $12.92 per day for parking. There is nothing that tells you up front that they charge daily parking fees. I was told that they would waive the parking fees. They didn’t waive the fees. A couple of the guest registrations people had poor attitudes. We will never stay at this hotel again.

We are PARK KIDEOK family who stayed in room 821 for 4 days. On the first day, there was an accident in which the laundry bag was lost due to an employee's mistake, and room cleaning was not done for one day. We have complained to the hotel, and the manager in charge presented a compensation plan. I had to check out early in the morning of the last day, so I left my contact information, but there was no contact, and I tried to contact again recently, but there was no answer from the manager in charge. If you see this, please contact me. I was disappointed by the insincerity of the hotel.

Have had multiple stays at this property and greet staff / Front desk has its busy moments staff is professional addresses concerns and helps fix any issues if there are any present. And tend to remember who you are. Greatly recommend stays here as well as breakfast and dining areas are well kept and staff stays on top of things bar has its moments be patient and try to know what you want to drink otherwise if you dont know what you like you may just get a stiff drink.

Amazing hotel. Long line at check-in, but it went quick. Staff was very friendly. The hotel restaurant/food was really good. Our waitress was THE NICEST waitress we have EVER had. The indoor pool is small and was super crowded every evening so we didn’t get to use it. We were a family of 6 and our room only had 3 bath towels but once we notified the front desk we were brought more towels a while later. Loved the complimentary drinks and snacks in the evenings. Breakfast was great but they kept running out of everything and then you have to wait a bit for more to come out and the line to order eggs and pancakes was long after 9am so get there early. Overall it was a great stay!! Would definitely stay again.

The property was well-maintained. The rooms were very clean. The only thing I was a little bit disappointed was at breakfast. The buffet kept running out, and the lady that was replenishing was working as hard as she could to keep it stocked. I think they could’ve had an additional person helping her out, otherwise it was a great stay.

Aur cinditiiner was broken maintenance came twice and it was just getting hotter and hotter in the room. Couldnt sleep room was nice hotel nice but Broken AC ruined it.

I really liked the variety of breakfast options, easy check in, friendly service and security in parking lot. Only thing I wasn’t too happy about was no option to watch or use movie streaming services like Netflix or Hulu

Front desk guy was kinda rude upon check in when I told him the pad wasn’t working to sign. And then it seemed like it was a big inconvenience when we asked for extra towels and wash cloths. We only had 2 towels and no washcloths, mind you there’s 4 people staying in this suite. The worker we asked for towels even told us he didn’t work here and was just hired for a special event or something like that and pointed us to another lady, who then directed us back to the guy who said he didn’t work here. Very unprofessional and very rude behavior. Disappointed is an understatement.

The courtyard with high ceilings is beautiful, the breakfast was also very good, but our room was rundown and had a a lot of small issue like cracked tile, dirty surfaces, a toilet seat that was about to fall off and just needed to be screwed back on (which I did, but for the price shouldn’t have had to), the freezer in the mini fridge needed a defrost and was so covered in ice a couldnt fit anything in it, and several of the lights needed new bulbs. The pool is ok but was a little murky, and there’s no hot tub. Probably won’t stay here again for the price. Maintenance did respond really fast with a temporary solution for the cracked tile so that we didn’t slice our feet open on the exposed edge, so that was nice.
