The person at the front desk refused to print out my receipt under the excuse that I paid though Expedia. She said that she is being doing that for ten years and they cannot do that unless we call directly to the hotel. She was nice, but I really need the receipt, and even when I explain I need it to get a reimbursement, she refused. I don’t understand why the hotel has this policy, or if it's Expedia's as she said, but it seems wrong.

This was a clean, spacious hotel with plenty of dining options within walking distance. I especially appreciated easy walking access to Walgreens and IPCC. Most importantly, the staff was professional and friendly. I look forward to staying here the next time I visit Albuquerque!

The only complaint is that the property itself smells really old specifically the elevators. All good once you’re at your room though. Felt safe at the fact they had security in the parking lot and breakfast options where good too.

Our stay could have been so much better, we booked the property based on it had nice indoor pool because we have 2 children, but the pool was green, cloudy & so strong with chemicals the boys couldn’t get in. Then we were give a handicap room that we didn’t ask for and the shower was the worst I’ve ever been in. The shower head wouldn’t stay hung up, the water had 2 temps burn you or freezing & we had no shower curtain. Otherwise staff was very friendly, great breakfast bar, comfortable beds and it was quiet.

The property is right off the highway and easy to get to. The breakfast was great and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable The downside is the parking lot and surrounding area were patrolled at night by a security car to make sure the area is safe. We found out later that it is normal for that to occur in Albuquerque as the crime rate is one of the highest in the country. I always felt safe at the property

Scary security lapse
The property and room were fine and well-maintained and we had good customer service upon check-in. But...an incident occurred which has led to this low rating. A "guest" entered our room at 10:18 p.m. while we were sleeping in preparation for an early morning departure. You cannot imagine how shocking, scary and upsetting this was. The night clerk never reported this to management. When we reported the incident to the morning clerk, she told us that management would not be in until 10 a.m. We expected a call from management that morning but obviously the morning clerk never notified management. We had to call management later that morning ourselves after checking out. This was an EGREGIOUS lapse in security procedures. No guest should feel unsafe staying in a hotel. A situation like this could lead to a potential shooting and enormous liability issues for your company. During the phone call, the manager was informed of all of this. She apologized and offered to comp our stay. (This credit has not occurred yet). We tried to tell her it wasn't about relieving us of the charge, it was about security...ours and all future guests.

Terrible place to stay.
It was terrible. The toilet in our room was plugged. We called and asked that the problem be resolved. A young girl from the Front Desk was sent up to take care of the problem. She couldn’t do anything to resolve the issue. My family was told that we couldn’t be moved to another room, and we could use public restrooms located on different floors. Couldn’t take showers in the morning because we were afraid the toilets might overflow. I asked for a refund but the manager wouldn’t consider it. I guess it’s all about making money and not about making sure customers are satisfied with their stay. I would not recommend staying at this hotel unless you’re ok with running up and down the corridors to get to a restroom.
