Please note that robes and slippers are not included in the room rate, it is not the hotel's policy to provide these items free of charge as part of the accommodation package. This information is provided in the hotel's website, where it is also mentioned that all 3 restaurants are buffet. According to the portuguese regulation, please note that buffets meals are allowed in hotels and the hotel complies with all the portuguese Health and Safety requirements and it is inspected regularly. In regards to buffets procedure, the hotel provides all guests with the legally required products to get the food in a safe and hygienic way (alcohol gel, masks and cuttlery). We understand and share your concern regarding the buffet station We praise for the health and safety of all our guests and will keep on teams on high alert for these kind of situations. Regarding your Lost and Found, we would like to point that our staff does not behave like that and they have our best considerations. With this being said we will, regardless, open an internal inquiry in order to determine this situation. With our best regards The Management
