Hola, siento mucho que la estancia no haya sido de su agrado, pero tal y como les expliqué, si abren las ventanas del ventanal del salón y la galería de la cocina se crea una corriente muy fresca y agradable en toda la casa. De hecho prácticamente nadie se ha quejado de no disponer de aire acondicionado. Quizás les hubiera convenido mejor reservar en éste otra vivienda que gestiono en la misma calle, con aire acondicionado (pero sin vistas) https://www.vrbo.com/es-es/p8794605?adultsCount=2&arrival=2022-06-18&departure=2022-06-25&uni_id=4858062 Si me hubieran comentado algo durante su estancia, hubiera estado encantada de intentar resolver su malestar, así como cuando me llamaron porque la lavadora aparentemente no funcionaba y fui lo más rápidamente que pude para solucionarlo cuando al final se trataba de pulsar el botón correctamente, dejando la lavadora funcionando perfectamente. Muchas gracias de todas formas por haber dejado el apartamento tan limpio y recogido. Un saludo.

Hello Malgorzata, Sorry about the comments on your stay and the unwanted visitors. I really appreciate your first part of the review and your nice comments regarding the apartment and my service, as well. Bear in mind the apartment is located between 2 natural spaces: the Castle mountain in the back of the apartment and the ocean in the front (as shown in the pictures), where other animal species share spaces with us humans, such as birds, reptiles, insects, hedgehog, fishes, etc. At this time of the year, especially when the temperatures go high, some could came out as it happened and I'm truly sorry about it. So that you know, the property where I live it happens as well (I live behind the castle) and I could get their visit too (but only one or two of them, never an infestation). What I'm trying to say is that No house in Alicante during the summer time is free of these unwanted visitors. The town hall, even having taken pest control measures in the streets, cannot solve it 100%. On the other hand, eventhough I understand your disappointment and distress, you are describing the situation as if there was an infestation and that is absolutely untrue. I asked you how many you saw but never got an answer. Also you say that "this is unacceptable in this day and age and by the looks of it nothing has been done to get rid of them since", I may say that is not true either. As you can see by other guests comments the apartment ratings have been always top, except any occasional one not happy 100%, but is normal and expected. FYI: The problem has been solved by a professional pest control company that has implemented an ecological treatment, totally innocuous for humans, and as of today there are no more roches (or at least they guaranteed it so). Regarding the other animals (humans included) sorry, but still around... I hope you are feeling better now and accept my deepest apologies once again. Best Regards.

Ich bedauere, dass Ihre Meinung nicht 95% der anderen Gäste entspricht, die die Wohnung geliebt haben und ihren Aufenthalt genossen haben. Das Fenster ist das Original der ursprünglichen Holzkonstruktion und wurde restauriert. Der Lärm, auf den sie sich beziehen, ist nur im Raum zu hören. Der Raum ist sehr ruhig und es gibt kaum Lärm, außer in der Lage zu sein, die zwei Türen zwischen dem Wohnzimmer und dem Raum zu schließen, um viel mehr Lärm zu isolieren. Es ist verständlich, dass Menschen, die nicht gewohnt sind, in Städten zu leben (auch wenn sie klein sind wie Alicante), durch Lärm gestört werden. Seine Bewertung ist die einzige, die heute leider so niedrig ist. Danke trotzdem für Ihre freundlichen Worte über meinen Service. Obwohl die Kommunikation (aufgrund der Sprachbeschränkung) nicht einfach war und die Ankunft etwas uneinheitlich war, habe ich alles getan, um Ihnen einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu bereiten. Ich empfehle Ihnen, dass Sie das nächste Mal, wenn Sie zu Ostern nach Alicante (oder einer anderen Stadt in Spanien) kommen, am Karfreitag kein Auto mieten und versuchen, das Stadtzentrum zu durchqueren, denn die Straßen werden alle geschnitten und es wird Stunden dauern ihr Schicksal, so wie sie es taten, als sie hier ankamen. Ein Taxi oder ein Telefonanruf hätte viele Probleme gerettet. Wir sehen uns

Hello Pamela. Thanks a lot for your review. The apartment location is right across the beach and very close to the historical city center, which is a real advantage to walk everywhere. Hopefully the road seen from the living room will be taken out of the city in the near future (or so politicians said), hence staying at the apartment would be absolutely perfect (and perhaps the prices would go also up). But as you say, no noise in the bedroom and sleeping there is very nice. So glad you enjoyed your stay. Kind Regards and have a wonderful time in Europe! :-)

Regarding the noise, hopefully in the near future, the road will not be there any more, but bear in mind that an urban beach in the center of the city is difficult to find it quite. I'm sure your parents didn't hear any noise back in the bedroom. Next time you come back to Alicante I could recomend other areas less noisy, but not beach front with amazing views although....
