“The hotel was super clean and everything was as expected. Staff was friendly and helpful. Walking to the French quarter in the daytime was okay but in the late afternoon it started becoming a little worrisome. There were homeless everywhere starting one block after the hotel and continuing for blocks until French quarter area. Even so no one bothered us . I feel if you just walk quickly and are aware of your surroundings you should be okay. ”
“The hotel is a bit older, so there are some things to be aware of. The pool is not heated so it's very cold so you probably won't be doing a lot of swimming. The water tanks aren't very big so for those people who like to take long showers this is not the hotel for you. But on the plus side the location is absolutely perfect it's very close to Frenchman Street and the French market and getting around is very easy because the streetcar stops right there at the end of the line and you're right...

Unusually for the area, it has private parking in a locked garage about 5 minutes walk away.
I think we were upgraded to a top floor room with a balcony. The room was fine, not terribly big, but the balcony was an absolute delight! Covered; on 2nd floor (3rd in USA); great view down street; sun morning and evening.
All staff on desk very friendly.”

“This was such. great stay at a lovely, charming, quirky and historic hotel. It is in the heart of things, and handy for all NOLA highlights, but is still quiet and peaceful. Beautiful architecture, meandering passageways and interior courtyard with fountain, and a real sense of history. The staff are all lovely and Perry was a blast on the front office. I loved it so much. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in New Orleans!”

"L’hotel è ben posizionato vicino a bourbon st r Canal st. Purtroppo la camera viene rifatta solo un giorno sì e uno no, non accettabile per il livello della struttura.
