“Unfortunately, we didn't get to stay as it was unclear to me during reservations which Hampton Inn & Suites I was reserving. I needed to be at the location, also near/on St. Charles St, that is closer to Bourbon St (French Quarter/Downtown). I had hoped to transfer my reservation but couldn't. Hampton Inn may want to improve their description of the property location to make it more obvious where the building is to people unfamiliar with New Orleans”

“Loved the St Charles Inn. Room was clean, parking was safe and secure. We walked to Magazine St and ate supper and did some shopping. Best part is the St Charles St trolley stops right in front of the hotel. Rode it into town both days we were there. Always felt safe. Definitely going back and recommending it to family and friends.”

“Over all this hotel was great. Small issue finding parking for check in and check was difficult but the gated parking area was wonderful even though we had to pay. Pool was med sized but really nice t9 have in the heat of June. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Location was awesome close to everything but overall quiet. We did stay Sunday through friday night.”

prenotato executive floor pagando 60 eur extra x lounge e terrazza che non esiste più da oltre un anno.
Prenotato con colazione che in realtà non c'e' ovvero viene dato un voucher da 24$ che non consente una colazione completa e nemmeno un caffè (6$ extra) quando ovunque negli US il caffè viene offerto.
Pessima esperienza!”
