“Everything was really great. The staff was nice, the location was really great, away from the noisy streets but close enough to easily walk to and from popular destinations. However, the only downside of this hotel is how thin the walls are. We would wake up because tvs were so loud and whenever we would pass by other rooms in the hallway we could hear others inside their rooms (privacy issues). Other than that, this place was great. :)”

Hall splendida, un salone storico utilizzato per la colazione, che rappresenta il punto dolente della recensione: personale poco operativo, ritardo nella sostituzione del cibo mancante, nei pressi della macchina per i waffle era sempre sporco per terra e scivoloso e nessuno si premurava di pulire, cibo poco vario e perlopiù confezionato con tanti saluti all'ambiente.

“The hotel was in the French Quarter and had a historic charm. There were even tourists who stopped by to take pictures in the courtyard. I know they renovated several years back however the sink was missing a stopper, and the shower didn’t work the way it’s supposed to for hot and cold. The hot water took a while to become hot and then it would become cold after five minutes or so and then need to wait again to reheat up again, and then it gets cold again. Not only that, but the shower leaked...

prenotato executive floor pagando 60 eur extra x lounge e terrazza che non esiste più da oltre un anno.
Prenotato con colazione che in realtà non c'e' ovvero viene dato un voucher da 24$ che non consente una colazione completa e nemmeno un caffè (6$ extra) quando ovunque negli US il caffè viene offerto.
Pessima esperienza!”

“This was the most magical place I ever stay!! It was everything I wanted and more . The staff was so amazing , the room was picture perfect and when they gave me the room key it was a real door key not a card and it had a cute skeleton key with it , I love all of the charm .The way it was decorated and the vibe was fantastic . It’s hard to describe the way that hotel made me feel. I will definitely stay here again. Thank you so much you made the 800 mile drive worth it 😀”

“A 2.5 hr wait for valet parking before driving home. Granted, a text was sent out the prior day warning of possible delays, however, it didn’t say you would be stuck due to incompetence and lack of personnel by the parking company.
Disorganized, non caring, systemless, all of the above. Spoke to the hotel manager, who said he would help if he could, however, he had no power to do so.
Love the hotel itself, however, you’d be better off parking in a lot down the street rather than here,...
