“I called the hotel to ensure they had room in valet parking. I was told no. I had to find public parking. Then when I checked in they asked if I was parking a car. I said you told me you had no parking. She said I must have called the wrong number. I repeated the number and was told by another worker that was the correct number. Upon check out they asked me if I parked a car I said no. She supposedly emailed the receipt. I never got it. Just checked my credit card and they charged me...

“This is my third visit to New Orleans and my third day at Hotel Saint Pierre! Location, location, location! Phenomenal phenomenal staff! Each one has gone out of the way to help me out! I met one when I arrived in Tyler when I left, I will never stay anywhere else in New Orleans”

“Che dire, chekin doveva essere alle 16.00 ed è stato fatto alle 17.30 circa.
La camera ampia spaziosa nulla da dire.
Il lavandino del bagno aveva pochissima pressione, fatto reclamo due volte nessun miglioramento.
Direi servizio alla clientela inesistente. Since io non metto più piede in quella struttura”
