“Alla reception sono abbastanza scortesi. Inoltre ho chiesto di fare il check out la sera prima visto che partivamo all3 04:00 e ci hanno detto che non c’era problema. Invece al mattino ci dicono che non possono e che addebitano più tardi. Peccato che invece delle 67€ come fa vostra fattura hanno trattenuto 141€! ”

“Very clean and beautiful room with fantastic location. My own complaint was the front desk lady who checked us in was very rude and put me in a room with a king bed. When I went down to tell her I had booked two double beds she said they were all out and could bring me a cot. When I refused this she all of a sudden found another room to move me to.
