With many customers who are discerning travelers, it should NOT need to be stated that your customers expect superb coffee options every morning while staying at your property. The Valet service was horrible and unorganized. I am going to rethink whether I need to stay loyal to Ritz-Carlton after this stay. ”

“A wonderful hotel on the inside! The the rooms are a good size and beds are comfortable. The restaurant, breakfast and drinks, are good and its staff is great. However, when you step outside you are right on the end of Bourbon Street, so you have the noise and stuff thag comes with it.”
