“The staff were amazing and made the stay all the better”

“Awesome place”

“No a/c in the more expensive room that we paid for. Termite infestation in smaller room we were moved to. The staff did not seem surprised by any of this and while they were nice, they were not particularly helpful. It was an ordeal just to get the batteries in the remote changed. Great location and beautiful property. Too bad it is so poorly maintained. Do yourself a favor and stay at Royal Sonesta around the corner.”

“No where on your web page does it say you have no elevator. That was a real problem for us as several of us have problems with stairs. However one of your staff was very helpful in carrying up luggage and he even got me a walker!”

From the above and beyond service and friendliness of the staff, to the cleanliness, charm, and quality of the rooms, and the unique (Carousel Bar) and luxurious (rooftop pool) amenities, we were absolutely thrilled with our stay! 100/10”

“Beautiful hotel, great staff, little bar area, and french toast restaurant for breakfast was great. Area however is disgusting. I would never stay in the French Quarter again. We were they a few years ago and the area has so deteriorated since then. Lots and lots of homeless living on the streets, sleeping, getting high and defacating. Also spent 1/2 of the morning listening to trash trucks outside our window. Do not stay in this area!”

“Alla reception sono abbastanza scortesi. Inoltre ho chiesto di fare il check out la sera prima visto che partivamo all3 04:00 e ci hanno detto che non c’era problema. Invece al mattino ci dicono che non possono e che addebitano più tardi. Peccato che invece delle 67€ come fa vostra fattura hanno trattenuto 141€! ”

“The hotel is located near many great restaurants and bars. The room was clean and very spacious. The air conditioning worked amazingly well. The staff were attentive and so accommodating. I would definitely stay there again. ”

“L'hotel è carino e ben tenuto ed è anche pulito ma trovo assurdo che non facciano le pulizie quotidiane e cambio asciugamani, se non dietro richiesta. Rischi di stare una settimana senza che puliscano la camera perché al check in non ti dicono che la pulizia va richiesta! Il personale è molto freddo e quasi scocciato. La colazione poco ricca e il latte era anche acido. È un vero peccato perché l'hotel nel complesso è particolare e carino e sopratutto in ottima posizione ”

“Room was not that clean-floors dirty, bathroom mirror and frame had toothpaste on it, tables need cleaning or replacing, furniture was all miss matched and old, shower curtain did not fit shower-floor flooded when taking a shower, free shampoo was half used, sofa had hole in fabric-very uncomfortable-could not sit on it-very old. For the price we paid for the room-we were very disappointed.”

“VERY spacious superior room. Couch, dining table, fridge, all very convenient. The only downside is the shower with the half glass wall. Water goes everywhere. Also there isn’t anyplace to put your toiletries in the shower. Just a waterproof stool in the corner to place down bottles and razors would be helpful. Staff was very friendly and nice. Book a windowless room if you want it to be quiet. We didn’t hear a thing from outside the whole stay. Overall would recommend for a great stay for a...
