“Se decidete di pernottare qui che non sia per più di una notte, visto che puliscono le camere solo quando si lascia il motel. Le stanze sono anche comode, con tv, frigorifero, microonde, ma hanno cattivo odore, credo per via della moquette vecchia e non pulita. La colazione lascia a desiderare, la seconda mattina non era presente il pane per i toast, si sono giustificati dicendo che alternavano con i croissant. Gli ho chiesto se loro riuscivano a mangiare le uova con i croissant. ”

“When I arrived, the young lady had my room keys and paperwork ready for me to complete. In less than 5 mins, I was in my room. Nice place. May be time for some new furniture but for the price, it’s great. We had a 2 burner stove, microwave and fridge. It was perfect for what we needed.”

“This is a magnificent place to stay in New Orleans. I stayed here one for a wedding and since then I don’t look anywhere else for a room if the Frenchmen is available. There’s not much to the place except nice old rooms at a great location. The rooms can feel a bit bare and some fixtures are old but that’s part of the charm for us. Excellent pool and hot tub. Highly recommend. ”

“Always an amazing experience. We have stayed at this location multiple times. There are multiple places to eat within 1 to 2 blocks. The marketplace is only a couple blocks away. It's only about a 4 to 5 block walk to Jackson Square. They have a great espresso and sandwich shop about one block down called envie. It's right down the on corner. And a bar right off the pool on the property. Plenty of space in the room and having a room with a balcony is definitely a necessity every time we stay....

“It is on a quiet edge of the french Quarter. Unusually for the area, it has private parking in a locked garage about 5 minutes walk away. I think we were upgraded to a top floor room with a balcony. The room was fine, not terribly big, but the balcony was an absolute delight! Covered; on 2nd floor (3rd in USA); great view down street; sun morning and evening. All staff on desk very friendly.”
