“Alla reception sono abbastanza scortesi. Inoltre ho chiesto di fare il check out la sera prima visto che partivamo all3 04:00 e ci hanno detto che non c’era problema. Invece al mattino ci dicono che non possono e che addebitano più tardi. Peccato che invece delle 67€ come fa vostra fattura hanno trattenuto 141€! ”

“Very nice hotel. Great staff. Love the building history and the location in the French Quarter. I would’ve giving 5 stars across the board, but my only complaint would be the mosquitos in the halls and rooms. Understanding that it rained and is humid the hotel needs to do something about managing that issue better.”
