“I was charged more for my room than what was on my invoice when booking. I was also charged more for valet then what I was told the cost was. Also when I went to have valet bring my car back around, I was told they had called in for the night and if my car wasn’t out front, it was probably parked down the road to the neck block and then in a lot down there. “We arrived at the hotel and was greeted by the Valet parking attendant who immediately assisted us with the luggage transfer from the trunk to a luggage cart. We then proceeded to check in while he parked the car. Check in was a breeze and we were given 2 little goody bags containing a small bottle of water and a bag of shortcake cookies in each.
The room was surprisingly large and very well laid out. The bathroom was large and had adequate towels and space to put toiletries.

“Upon arriving, black guy in the front, not sure if hes part of the valet staff but has really poor communication with guests, confusing and misunderstanding with directions, kept circling me around with parking, waste of time communicating, checking in also has no proper communication with guest, no proper way of directing their guest on where to self park, parking lot has hilton parking self or valet but its confusing where to go.. room is clean but staff less proper communication…”
