“Once arrived at hotel front desk stated that there was no rooms available at this moment. Mind you I booked this room in advance. Finally once a room was available there was not a one towel in the bathroom. Comforter on bed was stained. Locks on door were halfway broken. ”

Hall splendida, un salone storico utilizzato per la colazione, che rappresenta il punto dolente della recensione: personale poco operativo, ritardo nella sostituzione del cibo mancante, nei pressi della macchina per i waffle era sempre sporco per terra e scivoloso e nessuno si premurava di pulire, cibo poco vario e perlopiù confezionato con tanti saluti all'ambiente. “Alla reception sono abbastanza scortesi. Inoltre ho chiesto di fare il check out la sera prima visto che partivamo all3 04:00 e ci hanno detto che non c’era problema. Invece al mattino ci dicono che non possono e che addebitano più tardi. Peccato che invece delle 67€ come fa vostra fattura hanno trattenuto 141€! ”

“Posizionato su una delle strade che perimetrano il quartiere francese, ottima posizione pressapoco equidistante da Canal street da un lato e da Frenchmen street dall'altro, che si raggiungono in 10/15 minuti a piedi. Comoda la vicina fermata del tram. I corridoi (quasi all'aperto) molto caldi, con una differenza esagerata di temperatura con la Hall. Colazione soddisfacente, posteggio interno, molto sicuro (con cancello elettrico per il quale ti prestano un telecomando), se non si dovesse trovare...

“Breakfast and restaurant terrible. Swimming pool dirty and room terrible. Bathroom in room small and impossible to live. Very dirty hotel. Only receptionist girl was friendly”

“The hotel was in a perfect location and within walking distance of everything in the French Quarter. The hotel was clean and the staff were amazing and friendly. The only complaint is there is absolutely no water pressure in the rooms. I understand wanting to preserve water, but you waste more because it takes 4x as long to take a shower with zero water pressure.”

“La struttura è datata ma il personale è davvero disponibile. La stanza è ampia e silenziosa, cambio asciugamani quotidiano. Serve un’auto per arrivare in città. In zona non vi sono ristoranti o altro se sei a piedi. Comunque posso consigliare il soggiorno in questa struttura per il rapporto qualità/prezzo”

“Hotel di grandi dimensioni situato accanto alla passeggiata che costeggia il Mississipi e vicino alle principali vie del quartiere francese.Bella la camera assegnataci,di grandi dimensioni,con un comodo letto e dotata di tutti i comfort.Spettacolare la vista dalla camera sulla citta' e sul Mississipi.Ho trovato il personale distaccato e poco empatico.”
