“Average hotel. Smelled off. Bathroom shower floor was disgusting. Bed was near broken. Ok place for a one night stay nothing more than that”

“This property worked perfectly for our family. We were in town to celebrate my Uncle's 90th birthday and this allowed us to be "nearby" to him and to downtown and to all we needed for the long weekend. The hosts were excellent with communication and attention to questions. The house was wonderful. We missed a very few small things (a toaster and working can opener) but made do. “The property is very outdated and needs a really good remodel done. The breakfast was tolerable, but nothing to brag about. The front clerks were nice and accommodating. The hotel is not one I plan to stay at again. It is conveniently located right off I-10 and access to Canal St/Bourbon St was cool. This hotel has potential, but needs a company that is willing to do the work to update it with compassion and care that works best for the patrons.”

“The room was dirty. The floors were dirty upon arrival. No towels at the pool. The back elevator was broken. The check-in took FOREVER and I ask for a poolside and two queens but upon arrival no availability. The breakfast the next morning was chaotic. Too crowded and the housekeeper was too worried about cleaning rather than putting food out and why would you be cleaning serving food at the same time UNSANITARY! ”

“Nothing was "wrong". But the whole place was run-down, inside and outside. I know you can't control how the opposite side of the Harvey Canal looks. However, I just don't see how keeping fresh paint on the buildings and boat along with well manicured gardens could cost so much that it is non-existent. “My family of 3 stayed here on spring break. It's a fantastic location in the French Quarter and French Toast restaurant made a great breakfast. It's inside the hotel. ”

“Room keys dont work. No management on site. Burned [ut light bulbs. Advertised safe boxes on website but they dont work and management stated no properties have them. Upon checkin was given incorrect wifi. Would not recommend inn on ursuline to anyone. Property is old and need of repair our room 503 had severe water leaks and bubbled paint on wallnear baseboards”
