“Average hotel. Smelled off. Bathroom shower floor was disgusting. Bed was near broken. Ok place for a one night stay nothing more than that”

“No fitted sheets on bed -No coffee maker-No hair dryer -no fridge-no microwave-2 tiny bars of soap-no lamps-only bright ceiling lights-no shampoo, no conditioner—-smoking allowed anywheres on property—even though not inside rooms still could smell it inside—Bare minimum room—Way over priced for what is offered—one and done stay here—”

“This property worked perfectly for our family. We were in town to celebrate my Uncle's 90th birthday and this allowed us to be "nearby" to him and to downtown and to all we needed for the long weekend. The hosts were excellent with communication and attention to questions. The house was wonderful. We missed a very few small things (a toaster and working can opener) but made do. Very safe, and quite too (for a city house). Loved having enough bedrooms and bathrooms and room to spread out. The...

In zona non vi sono ristoranti o altro se sei a piedi. Comunque posso consigliare il soggiorno in questa struttura per il rapporto qualità/prezzo”

“The property is very outdated and needs a really good remodel done. The breakfast was tolerable, but nothing to brag about. The front clerks were nice and accommodating. The hotel is not one I plan to stay at again. It is conveniently located right off I-10 and access to Canal St/Bourbon St was cool. This hotel has potential, but needs a company that is willing to do the work to update it with compassion and care that works best for the patrons.”

“The room was dirty. The floors were dirty upon arrival. No towels at the pool. The back elevator was broken. The check-in took FOREVER and I ask for a poolside and two queens but upon arrival no availability. The breakfast the next morning was chaotic. Too crowded and the housekeeper was too worried about cleaning rather than putting food out and why would you be cleaning serving food at the same time UNSANITARY! ”

“Room on first floor was good for a short stay. Was right next to the road, so you heard cars blaring their radios. Quieted down after 11pm. Overall good hotel if you don't mind the hotel. Very close to Bourbon St and in the French Quarter. Good location”
