“We checked in on 6/5/26 upon checking into the room the bathroom reeked of urine, the towels were dirty as if they were left from the previous occupants just folded up ready to be used. Their was hair in the shower so it obviously hadn’t been touched and huge white stains on the headboard Room 118”

We were in town to celebrate my Uncle's 90th birthday and this allowed us to be "nearby" to him and to downtown and to all we needed for the long weekend. The hosts were excellent with communication and attention to questions. The house was wonderful. We missed a very few small things (a toaster and working can opener) but made do. Very safe, and quite too (for a city house). Loved having enough bedrooms and bathrooms and room to spread out. The...

“I booked a king bed balcony and it was changed to a double bed room. I don’t get explanation or notice and was very disappointed. The staff wasn’t helpful in updating the room to the correct one and I had to stay in the same room with double.”
