“Rainwater was seeping in through the window and wetting the air conditioning unit, causing it to shut down. The breakfast service was severely neglected; there was absolutely no one there to replenish the food, despite the fact that many families were waiting to be served. Overall, the service is very poor, especially considering how expensive the rooms are.”

“The property was not secured. Anyone can access the hotel without scanning a room key. The rooms did not get cleaned. The pool was shut down and the rooms were clearly dirty.”

“No fitted sheets on bed -No coffee maker-No hair dryer -no fridge-no microwave-2 tiny bars of soap-no lamps-only bright ceiling lights-no shampoo, no conditioner—-smoking allowed anywheres on property—even though not inside rooms still could smell it inside—Bare minimum room—Way over priced for what is offered—one and done stay here—”

“The room was great for my daughter and I traveling together: plenty of space, large bathroom, quiet area, good location. I spilled some water on the carpet, used a white towel to clean it up, and the towel turned yellow/brown. ”

“Bar and staff were great! Great area to stay near Loyola and St. Charles. Rooms are a little small. ”

“Clean room with nice common area and outdoor pool. It’s well lit and joined with the hospital which initially was strange and we got lost couple times finding the building with hotel room and coming from parking garage but otherwise everything was good. About 15 minutes from most of attractions in New Orleans downtown and free car parking made it worth it since we had driven with our car. ”

“Tv but no access. Just w ads need to watch news. Don’t have tv if it is not available to guest Had reservations but person checking in in front of me not had to wait .20 mins when I could have been in my room staff should have checked me in then back to other guest”

“Siamo stati benissimo, Creole Garden è un posto unico e magico, in ottima posizione per visitare New Orleans. Lo consiglio assolutamente a chi vuole provare un’esperienza di soggiorno non convenzionale, in una vera casa in stile creolo. Tutto il personale e i proprietari sono gentili, accoglienti e molto competenti. Grazie, soggiornare qui ha aggiunto valore al nostro splendido viaggio nel profondo sud degli Stati Uniti. ”

“Con la mia famiglia abbiamo soggiornato presso questo hotel , la camera era bella grande, la colazione abbondante e varia, è abbastanza vicino al quartiere francese ci si arriva a piedi , la zona è tranquilla anche di sera , davanti all’hotel si può prendere lo storico tram, staff molto cordiale”

“They tried to charge my card before I arrived and then didn’t have any rooms for me. They were rude and unhelpful. They also blatantly ignored policy for charging before arrival. I was left basically stranded in a place I’ve never been.”

Hall splendida, un salone storico utilizzato per la colazione, che rappresenta il punto dolente della recensione: personale poco operativo, ritardo nella sostituzione del cibo mancante, nei pressi della macchina per i waffle era sempre sporco per terra e scivoloso e nessuno si premurava di pulire, cibo poco vario e perlopiù confezionato con tanti saluti all'ambiente. Stanza alquanto piccola per 4 persone, anche per una famiglia, bagno con un solo interruttore per luce e...

“Our stay at the Terrell House was wonderful. Michelle and the staff made sure our arrival went smoothly and explained everything we needed to know. You're pretty close to great restaurants and shops (about a half mile - walk or Uber). They recommended Gris Gris and it was great - we ate their twice in 3 days. Finally, the breakfasts were superb. When we come back to New Orleans, we'll stay here again.”
