Hotel vicino a Westwood Shopping Center - New Orleans

“Rainwater was seeping in through the window and wetting the air conditioning unit, causing it to shut down. The breakfast service was severely neglected; there was absolutely no one there to replenish the food, despite the fact that many families were waiting to be served. Overall, the service is very poor, especially considering how expensive the rooms are.”

“No fitted sheets on bed -No coffee maker-No hair dryer -no fridge-no microwave-2 tiny bars of soap-no lamps-only bright ceiling lights-no shampoo, no conditioner—-smoking allowed anywheres on property—even though not inside rooms still could smell it inside—Bare minimum room—Way over priced for what is offered—one and done stay here—”

“The property was not secured. Anyone can access the hotel without scanning a room key. The rooms did not get cleaned. The pool was shut down and the rooms were clearly dirty.”

“The room was great for my daughter and I traveling together: plenty of space, large bathroom, quiet area, good location. I spilled some water on the carpet, used a white towel to clean it up, and the towel turned yellow/brown. ”

“Bar and staff were great! Great area to stay near Loyola and St. Charles. Rooms are a little small. ”

“They tried to charge my card before I arrived and then didn’t have any rooms for me. They were rude and unhelpful. They also blatantly ignored policy for charging before arrival. I was left basically stranded in a place I’ve never been.”

“Tv but no access. Just w ads need to watch news. Don’t have tv if it is not available to guest Had reservations but person checking in in front of me not had to wait .20 mins when I could have been in my room staff should have checked me in then back to other guest”

“DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!! The reviews from a year ago still stand true today. Soon as you walk in you're hit with smell of wet carpet and mildew. The guy at the front desk was visibly frustrated and upset. Very unprofessional. When yoy check in apparently he texts your information to the manager so he can check you in from wherever he may be. My room did not have a microwave. TV didnt work. One set of towels. When I asked for more I was told their was only 1 towel available. I witnessed...

“Great location near trolley on St. Charles and shops/restaurants on Magazine, yet in an overall quiet location. Staff was super accomodating.”

“Clean room with nice common area and outdoor pool. It’s well lit and joined with the hospital which initially was strange and we got lost couple times finding the building with hotel room and coming from parking garage but otherwise everything was good. About 15 minutes from most of attractions in New Orleans downtown and free car parking made it worth it since we had driven with our car. ”

“Our stay at the Terrell House was wonderful. Michelle and the staff made sure our arrival went smoothly and explained everything we needed to know. You're pretty close to great restaurants and shops (about a half mile - walk or Uber). They recommended Gris Gris and it was great - we ate their twice in 3 days. Finally, the breakfasts were superb. When we come back to New Orleans, we'll stay here again.”
