Hotel vicino a Wego Shopping Center - New Orleans

“Rainwater was seeping in through the window and wetting the air conditioning unit, causing it to shut down. The breakfast service was severely neglected; there was absolutely no one there to replenish the food, despite the fact that many families were waiting to be served. Overall, the service is very poor, especially considering how expensive the rooms are.”

“Average hotel. Smelled off. Bathroom shower floor was disgusting. Bed was near broken. Ok place for a one night stay nothing more than that”

“No fitted sheets on bed -No coffee maker-No hair dryer -no fridge-no microwave-2 tiny bars of soap-no lamps-only bright ceiling lights-no shampoo, no conditioner—-smoking allowed anywheres on property—even though not inside rooms still could smell it inside—Bare minimum room—Way over priced for what is offered—one and done stay here—”

“This is my third time staying here and I truly never get tired of it. It’s tucked away in a quieter part of the city and is absolutely beautiful ”

“Great breakfast! Great location. Stayed there for a visit to children’s hospital. Carpet was dirty. Our baby’s knees were black after crawling for 5 minutes. All I could see were the streets of Nola on the carpets. But if dirty carpet doesn’t bother you, this place really is very nice! ”

“Our stay at the Terrell House was wonderful. Michelle and the staff made sure our arrival went smoothly and explained everything we needed to know. You're pretty close to great restaurants and shops (about a half mile - walk or Uber). They recommended Gris Gris and it was great - we ate their twice in 3 days. Finally, the breakfasts were superb. When we come back to New Orleans, we'll stay here again.”

“Perfect spot in the Garden District. Street car is one block over, it's quiet, the hotel is amazing, the pool, the food, the bar and the staff were great. We would stay again, perfect location to all parts of New Orleans and a great place to return to after a long day of walking the city. Magazine Street is close and great restaurants. ”

“Fantastico. Camere pulitissime, zona servita da ogni cosa, ristoranti, farmacie, negozi, vicinissima alle dimore storiche del Garden District. Personale incredibilmente gentile e disponibile, se avete un auto a noleggio c'è il parcheggio al coperto incluso. Non riesco a trovare un difetto. Il prezzo è largamente al di sotto della qualità. Tutto eccellente. P.S. attraversate la strada e il tram n 12 vi porta dritti al French Quarter. Che altro aggiungere? Grazie!”

“Loved the atmosphere, staff, amenities. We’ve stayed at Marriott’s, Hyatt’s, etc. All the same feel. This is a fun, unique, artistic piece of property. And the staff is fun, professional and very welcoming. I don’t care about a gym or pool. Great restaurant and bar facilities, too. Our room had a great view, was large, funky. Clean. ”
