“This hotel was a major disappointment. From the staff's unprofessional attitudes to the filthy condition of the room, the experience fell far below expectations.
The carpet was so dirty that after walking around the room in white socks, they were nearly black by the time I took them off before bed. The kitchen was also a mess and clearly had not been cleaned properly.
To make matters worse, the room looked nothing like the photos advertised online. The images were misleading and did not...

“The room was pretty clean and staff were good. Very good variety for the free breakfast. Not much around the area but there are a few restaurants in walking distance. You will need transportation, whether car, taxi, Uber or Lyft from the hotel to the Bourbon Street, Canal and French Quarters area and it's about a 20min ride. There is a free airport shuttle to and from hotel.”

“Staff was helpful, M Club options were great, omelette station was outstanding, River Tower rooms are more updated and clean, the floor was quiet. Did notice that unauthorized guests have access to the pool by piggybacking off others. Also, its great you offer freebies but the concierge desk posted a list of ineligible tours. What about the eligible ones we can use with the joeiful cards? I would stay again.”
