“Breakfast and restaurant terrible. Swimming pool dirty and room terrible. Bathroom in room small and impossible to live. Very dirty hotel. Only receptionist girl was friendly”

“The hotel is a gem in the middle of the French Quarter. It has a combination of classic elegance and modern conveniences that hit you as soon as you walk in. The rooms are very modern with all types of lifting controls including motion sensors under the bed that turn on soft lights if you get up in the middle of the night. The staff was friendly and ultra professional. It was a high class vibe in walking distance to most sights.”

“esperienza pessima! prenotato executive floor pagando 60 eur extra x lounge e terrazza che non esiste più da oltre un anno. Prenotato con colazione che in realtà non c'e' ovvero viene dato un voucher da 24$ che non consente una colazione completa e nemmeno un caffè (6$ extra) quando ovunque negli US il caffè viene offerto. Pessima esperienza!”

“We arrived at 3am as the flight was delayed, I texted the front desk to let them know, the night manager responded. We were told the room was over booked and we were staying in the Sheraton across the road in New Orleans. Fortunately because I had let them know the situation they suddenly found us a room ….. free breakfast was comped the next morning, a nice gesture for the misinformed night staff that were working that evening! Overall the room amenities were good, comfy bed and pillows,...

“There was a bar of soap used in the bathroom that was use from the prior guest. This was the hotel soap and pieces of the soap was found in the shower. It made me question how clean the bathroom was. ”

“Hotel di grandi dimensioni situato accanto alla passeggiata che costeggia il Mississipi e vicino alle principali vie del quartiere francese.Bella la camera assegnataci,di grandi dimensioni,con un comodo letto e dotata di tutti i comfort.Spettacolare la vista dalla camera sulla citta' e sul Mississipi.Ho trovato il personale distaccato e poco empatico.”

“La stanza era molto grande e comoda, il bagno abbastanza grande e funzionale. La pulizia ottima. L’unico appunto che posso fare è che ho trovato un asciugamano bucato. La struttura ha un giardinetto interno che però, essendo inverno, non abbiamo potuto sfruttare. La posizione è centrale, appena fuori da Bourbon Street, ma tranquilla. Quindi tutto sommato un buon tre stelle, da consigliare senz’altro.”
