“Staff was incredible friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Rooms are pet friendly and they do have a dander smell and there were some stains in carpet. Beds were comfy. Rooms needed a little update. Advertised to have free breakfast but its onky M-F one sign saif 4am-6am. If you have kids may need to find alternative like we did for traveling on a weekend. We recommed lil lees it was delicious and afforadable. ”

“huge hotel room and very clean. Breakfast was very basic. we stayed here for one night before going to french quarter and for that the hotel met our needs. free shuttle from airport was prompt and convenient”

“I did not go to the casino. The hotel on the other hand, was the worst. A lack of amenities, unexpected fees, and no service once checked in. If you need anything for the room you had to call the front desk.”

“La struttura è datata ma il personale è davvero disponibile. La stanza è ampia e silenziosa, cambio asciugamani quotidiano. Serve un’auto per arrivare in città. In zona non vi sono ristoranti o altro se sei a piedi. Comunque posso consigliare il soggiorno in questa struttura per il rapporto qualità/prezzo”

“The room was dirty. The floors were dirty upon arrival. No towels at the pool. The back elevator was broken. The check-in took FOREVER and I ask for a poolside and two queens but upon arrival no availability. The breakfast the next morning was chaotic. Too crowded and the housekeeper was too worried about cleaning rather than putting food out and why would you be cleaning serving food at the same time UNSANITARY! ”

“The TV in the room was working, and the pool was open and available on time. However, the gym was not accessible during my stay. Overall, it was an okay experience. The room itself was decent, but there was an unpleasant smell when entering the hotel.”

“Easy and secure parking. Good location. Spacious and well equipped room. Booked a suite. Everything you need including air fryer, blender, utencils and full size fridge. Will definitely stay in the future. ”

“I got in late at night. Room was clean, the bedding very comfortable and the gym had everything I needed. I will say it's an older property and you can see it in the hallways but the room was great. I would stay here again As a heads up the bottled water in the room isn't free unless you have a certain Hilton status... just go down to the gym and grab a cold bottle from the fridge in the gym. ”

“The Alder Hotel was conveniently located for our trip to see Tulane and get a taste of New Orleans. The hotel is clean, the rooms are spacious and the hotel staff were all so friendly and helpful. Easy walking distance to some good places to eat. And the outdoor pool was a nice bonus after we spent a long day walking all around the city. ”

“Obviously not a fancy place, but it does everything well. Clean, good breakfast included, even a small well kept pool, airport shuttle, rooms are well thought out.”

“Area seemed safe. Near various types of shopping areas (clothing, grocery stores, drug stores, etc. near hotel. Parking areas were sufficiently lit. Hotel was quiet with minimal traffic. ”

Hall splendida, un salone storico utilizzato per la colazione, che rappresenta il punto dolente della recensione: personale poco operativo, ritardo nella sostituzione del cibo mancante, nei pressi della macchina per i waffle era sempre sporco per terra e scivoloso e nessuno si premurava di pulire, cibo poco vario e perlopiù confezionato con tanti saluti all'ambiente.
