“Tutto ok”

“Staff was incredible friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Rooms are pet friendly and they do have a dander smell and there were some stains in carpet. Beds were comfy. Rooms needed a little update. Advertised to have free breakfast but its onky M-F one sign saif 4am-6am. If you have kids may need to find alternative like we did for traveling on a weekend. We recommed lil lees it was delicious and afforadable. ”

“Breakfast quality was good, although pancake maker wasn’t working and they ran out of plates and forks and knives. Bed was comfortable, a/c worked well. The blackout shade in my room wouldn’t raise and it needed definite replacement. The tub needed bleach cleaning and upgrading. The staff? Excellent, professional, kind and caring. ”

“La struttura è datata ma il personale è davvero disponibile. La stanza è ampia e silenziosa, cambio asciugamani quotidiano. Serve un’auto per arrivare in città. In zona non vi sono ristoranti o altro se sei a piedi. Comunque posso consigliare il soggiorno in questa struttura per il rapporto qualità/prezzo”

“The lobby of the hotel had the weirdest smell. After day 2 of a four day trip. I realized it was cats. They have one kept behind the counter and it smell bad BUT the rooms are clean and does not smell like cats at all. So unless you plan on hanging out in the lobby no problem. Good location. Clean pool good price ”

“The TV in the room was working, and the pool was open and available on time. However, the gym was not accessible during my stay. Overall, it was an okay experience. The room itself was decent, but there was an unpleasant smell when entering the hotel.”

“I got in late at night. Room was clean, the bedding very comfortable and the gym had everything I needed. I will say it's an older property and you can see it in the hallways but the room was great. I would stay here again As a heads up the bottled water in the room isn't free unless you have a certain Hilton status... just go down to the gym and grab a cold bottle from the fridge in the gym. ”

“The Alder Hotel was conveniently located for our trip to see Tulane and get a taste of New Orleans. The hotel is clean, the rooms are spacious and the hotel staff were all so friendly and helpful. Easy walking distance to some good places to eat. And the outdoor pool was a nice bonus after we spent a long day walking all around the city. ”

“Obviously not a fancy place, but it does everything well. Clean, good breakfast included, even a small well kept pool, airport shuttle, rooms are well thought out.”

“Area seemed safe. Near various types of shopping areas (clothing, grocery stores, drug stores, etc. near hotel. Parking areas were sufficiently lit. Hotel was quiet with minimal traffic. ”

Hall splendida, un salone storico utilizzato per la colazione, che rappresenta il punto dolente della recensione: personale poco operativo, ritardo nella sostituzione del cibo mancante, nei pressi della macchina per i waffle era sempre sporco per terra e scivoloso e nessuno si premurava di pulire, cibo poco vario e perlopiù confezionato con tanti saluti all'ambiente. Stanza alquanto piccola per 4 persone, anche per una famiglia, bagno con un solo interruttore per luce e...
