Hotel a Belle Chasse

“Well to start didn’t know it was a fee to use Expedia of $200 hundred dollars, hotel wasn’t within 25 miles of downtown like stated and staff didn’t clean room at all had to ask for towels daily and carpet in room was stained, want use you guy’s again nor stay at we stay again ”

In zona non vi sono ristoranti o altro se sei a piedi. Comunque posso consigliare il soggiorno in questa struttura per il rapporto qualità/prezzo”

“This property is very old, unkept and filthy. Only 1 elevator which is dirty. Hallways stink Rooms and linen look unclean and dirty. Bathroom n tub you will never be able to use by the looks. We had breakfast included but couldn’t muster the courage to eat. Ate out every day every meal. Shame on Radisson for loaning their name not keeping up with the standard. Very misleading ”

“Clean rooms”

“The hotel is very centrally located, just on the Riverfront! We booked well in advance for December and the price for quality has been excellent. No breakfast but full of options nearby. Very helpful staff. I recommend this hotel! ”

“Everything was clean and orderly! Also staying at such a beautiful and historic hotel was fun! That said, there were two major issues: first is the room never cooling off despite the A/C being set to 60. It was always a little too hot, I recommend installing fans and triple checking rooms are cool before guest arrive. The second was the constant leak of water out of the bathroom tub faucet even though the water was off, it’s freaky constantly hearing that. Not huge issues but definitely should...
