“Gorgeous boutique hotel with fantastic updates that also keep the charm and history of a French Quarter building. Beautifully decorated. Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. It is very close to Bourbon Street, so there is quite a bit of noise, especially at night. I sleep with earplugs anyway, but I know the hotel does offer them if needed. Courtyard is fantastic and has plenty of seating. Would definitely stay at The Celestine again when in the French Quarter.”

“The hotel is located near many great restaurants and bars. The room was clean and very spacious. The air conditioning worked amazingly well. The staff were attentive and so accommodating. I would definitely stay there again. ”

“L'hotel è carino e ben tenuto ed è anche pulito ma trovo assurdo che non facciano le pulizie quotidiane e cambio asciugamani, se non dietro richiesta. Rischi di stare una settimana senza che puliscano la camera perché al check in non ti dicono che la pulizia va richiesta! Il personale è molto freddo e quasi scocciato. La colazione poco ricca e il latte era anche acido. È un vero peccato perché l'hotel nel complesso è particolare e carino e sopratutto in ottima posizione ”

“Hotel di grandi dimensioni situato accanto alla passeggiata che costeggia il Mississipi e vicino alle principali vie del quartiere francese.Bella la camera assegnataci,di grandi dimensioni,con un comodo letto e dotata di tutti i comfort.Spettacolare la vista dalla camera sulla citta' e sul Mississipi.Ho trovato il personale distaccato e poco empatico.”

“Rooms were small, bathrooms tiny. Very congested in that area. Staff was nice and friendly. One block away, Close to Canal St. and French Quarter. ”

“Th check-in process was arduously and unnecessarily slow. The rugs in the lobby were filthy, stained and dreary. It really dampened the experience. We had a 1 bedroom and we loved the king bed, but my daughter had a terrible nights sleep on the pullout. Despite asking for it to be made up there was no padding and the thin mattress was painful and uncomfortable to sleep on. I appreciated the rooms were well sound proofed. My daughter and I strongly disliked the Diptyque scent of the shampoo,...

“Overall the location was exactly what we needed for our trip, the room was spacious for me and my friends. The staff needs to work on better cleaning there some rust areas in the bathroom especially in shower it kept leaving a black residue on our towels when we hung it up on the shower door”
