Soggiorno in un posto molto particolare
Appena arrivati a Zaandam mi è sembrato di stare nel paese delle favole e delle costruzioni Lego con casette molto particolari, compreso la nostra Per chi ama la tranquillità, può stare a Zaandam a 12 minuti di treno da Amsterdam con treni fino a tarda notte, ma sappiate che il costo del biglietto è di 3,90 euro a persona, quindi ogni giorno, specie per una famiglia numerosa diventa oneroso se si vuole andare tutti i giorni ad Amsterdam, anche perchè i biglietti di durata plurigiornaliera copre il territorio di Amsrerdam e non Zaandam che è un comune a parte. Ma comunqie a Zaandam anche se scegliete di soggiornare al centro vale la pena venire anche perchè fantastica è la visita allla zona dei mulini dove ci sta la produzione e degustazione dei formaggi olandesi e la fabbrica degli zoccoli olandesi. Il proprietario del nostro appartamento una persona molto squisita sempre disponibile ad ogni nostra esigenza e parla molto bene l'italiano. Quindi se dovessi venire ad Amsterdam, nonostante il costo del trasporto di 24 euro al giorno fino ad Amserdam, sgeglierei di stare a Zaandam, perchè soggiornare e riposare un un oasi di pace non ha prezzo dopo essere tornati dalle vivaci vie del centro di Amsterdam.

The studio is placed really near the train station of Zaandam, in a really quiet zone. Its position makes it easy to reach Amsterdam by train. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the studio had not been cleaned yet, but Fernand tried to quickly solve the problem and in less than 30 minutes a woman arrived to clean the studio. Anyway, there is not a way to lock the internal door of the studio and the bathroom had a bad smell. The kitchen furnitures and the curtains did not look that clean too.

Posizionato molto bene a Zaandam, pulito e grazioso. Peccato perche manca la serratura interna che da sulle scale e il terrazzino è pericoloso senza barriere. Mancavano gli asciugamani.. dimenticanza ma non è stato un problema. Zaandam è comoda ad Amsterdam e per andare a vedere i mulini a vento è strategica! Ottima scelta per tutto. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

A dieci minuti di treno da Amsterdam, posto tranquillo e con tutto il necessario. Non è l'Hilton ma ci si riposa e dorme bene dopo una giornata a camminare o pedalare. Il proprietario è... un mito. Vale la pena, specialmente per il prezzo abbordabile.

A sweet flat really usefull for 3 guys in trip for Amsterdam, a little bit not so much clear but not too much dirty. The kitchen isnt usefull but the flat is cool and well connected with Zaandam stations (10 min for Amsterdam).

Il proprietario sig. Fernand è stato molto gentile. Il paese è carino e comodo per raggiungere Amsterdam. Purtroppo lo studio è sciatto, poco curato e non molto pulito. Potenzialmente potrebbe essere molto carino, basterebbe poco per renderlo accogliente. Per accedere allo studio c’è una scala di legno molto ripida e una persona con problemi di deambulazione avrebbe serie difficoltà. Anche gli arredi sono inadeguati, manca un armadio dove poter mettere i vestiti, nel bagno c’è il phon ma manca la presa.

sweet stay
The owner is nice and thoughtful. The place is warm and well managed with complete needs provided. The surrounding area is safe and quiet even for late night. However, the owner is not using smartphone, adviceable to directly call his number. He will attend and waiting for check in. We enjoy our stay!

Good but could be better
It was cleanish but shabby, linens looked old, dishes still on drainer, room smelled smoky. This room needs some TLC to be a beautiful little spot. The area is quiet, and if you can get past first and second impressions we were very comfortable. There was a lack of crockery and no toaster but the host quickly supplied it when asked which was great. Without a lot of expense it could be greatly improved. The bathroom has an unpleasant odour due to no ventilation which is not good. There is no lock on the apartment door, only at street level but there were workmen downstairs doing renovations who could have accessed our room so it didn’t feel at all secure bit hopefully that will only be temporary. We did enjoy the location very much and the room wasn’t bad, just could be so much better.

Good space, pretty close to Amsterdam via train. There was construction that started at about 7am on weekdays literally next door. Didn't like that you couldn't lock the room (you could lock the door to the outside, but we did notice someone else working downstairs - technically they could've come into our apartment room). No fan or aircon and it would get a bit warm even with windows open.

Easy access to train into Amsterdam. Also local trains to towns further out. Walking distance to restaurants and markets. Start and end your day enjoying the rooftop terrace. Don’t miss this opportunity to stay just a bit away from the tourist hotels and enjoy Fernand’s hospitality.

Très bon séjour
Nous sommes venus quelques jours afin de visiter Amsterdam avec mon copain et tout s'est bien passé. Fernand est très sympa et arrangeant (c'est un gros plus qu'il parle français d'ailleurs!). Nous avons trouvé le logement un plus grand que sur les photos. Il est très bien situé et il possède une petite terrasse bien pratique pour les fumeurs. Bref nous avons passé un bon moment, en espérant y revenir un jour!

No frills and simple accommodation, bright apartment and easy-access to Amsterdam (less than 10min train ride 7-8min walk to the station) which fully fulfilled my needs. I was OK with it, but my partner complained (he is spoiled and demanding though).

Le studio est très bien placé, 5mn de la gare, 15mn en train pour Amsterdam. (Attention, nous n'avons pas eu de train le dimanche). Echanges courts, mais règlo avec le propriétaire. Le studio est équipé sommairement, suffisant pour nous qui n'avons passé que les nuits. Le chauffage marchait bien. C'est une adresse que nous donnerons.

Rapport qualité prix sans la qualité (mais vraiment pas)
Appartement limite insalubre. Moisissures dans la salle de bain au plafond, et aux murs. Meubles délabrés et en mauvais état. Plaque de cuisson sale et rouillée. Sans parler du micro ondes, du réfrigérateur cassé, de la planche dessus le réfrigérateur !!! Poubelle à côté du réfrigérateur sale. Serviettes et housses de couettes douteuses au niveau propreté. Parlons du chauffage! A gaz et sans âge, au niveau sécurité, par précaution j'ai ouvert une fenêtre par crainte du monoxyde de carbone! Nappe sans âge sur la table. Terrasse sur le toit, dalles en "vrac", pas pour les enfants car pas de protection autour! 2 points positif, emplacement par rapport à Amsterdam et garage pour voiture (avec supplément) Dommage car il y a un beau potentiel. On peut faire quelque choses de bien sans que cela coûte chère. Je déconseille complètement et je ne comprends pas qu'Abritel accepte cette location. Qualité prix, oui pour le prix, mais il n'y a aucune qualité.

Studio bien situé, proche de la gare et des commerces. Agréable pour quelques jours.
Le propriétaire étant absent, la remise des clés a été très rapide, faite par un jeune homme qui avait hâte de s'en aller. L'appartement est sommairement équipé, très peu de vaisselle, usagée. Le ménage a été fait sommairement. Le micro-ondes en mauvais état, etc.

Lage ok, aber sehr heruntergekommen
Wir sind sind absolut keinen Komfort gewöhnt und habe uns aufgrund der Lage für dieses einfache Apartment entschieden. Uns hat aber der Zustand des Apartments eher abgeschreckt: das ganze Apartment wirkte eher als hätte dort noch bis eben jemand gewohnt und es lange nicht mehr geputzt. Die komplette Dusche ist verschimmelt auch teile der decke. hier und da waren standen noch lebensmittel oder angebrochene Flaschen rum, die Küchengeräte wirkten so ranzig, dass wir sie nicht nutzen wollten. die „Terasse“ ist eigentlich nicht nutzbar, vorallem nicht mit kindern, auch hier stand ein voller aschenbecher rum. Nebenan ist eine mega Baustelle. wir waren froh, nur übers wochenende gebucht zu haben. fazit: zaandam ist super als alternative zu amsterdam und man ist in 10min in zu fuß am bahnhof von zaandam nach Amsterdam, das ist aber auch das einzig positive. wir werden dieses apartment nicht nochmal buchen.

Le propriétaire nous a très bien accueillis, il nous a fait visiter l'appartement. Il nous a expliqué comment prendre les transports. Nous étions à 5/7 min de la gare, à coté de plein de restaurants et de commerces. L'appartement était nickel, bien nettoyé et fraîchement repeins. On a passé un très bon séjour.

Sehr freundlicher Vermieter und alles sauber. Man kommt schnell mit dem Zug nach Amsterdam. Die Ausstattung der Küche könnte besser sein. Es fehlen Dinge oder sie sind in einem schlechten Zustand.

Perfect!
This place was perfect for our short stay to visit Amsterdam! It was very convenient to the train station to get to Amsterdam Central and is in a nice area with some shops around. Fernand was very accommodating and the place was exactly what we needed for a place to sleep and prepare a bit of food. Good wifi, pretty well kept, little roof patio… it sure felt like we scored! Would definitely come back!

Er was niemand aanwezig bij aankomst. Dat werd goed opgelost door de vrouw van de verhuurder. Prijs voor simpel verblijf is correct. Alleen moet het wel in orde zijn. Doucheputje was verstopt. Douchestang zit los. Op en neer schuivende wc bril. Er wordt niet goed schoongemaakt. Wij hebben het verblijf schoner achtergelaten dan het was bij aankomst. Een gevaarlijk terras met loszittende tegels. De locatie is uitstekend. Ondanks het verblijf hebben wij een fijne paar dagen daar gehad. Zeer mooie streek. Mvg. Helga

Toller Platz auch für längeren Aufenthalt
Die Wohnung ist einfach, aber funktionell ausgestattet und insgesamt sehr gemütlich - schöner Platz auf der Terrasse mit Blick in die Gärten. Die Lage ist klasse: mitten in Zaandam, trotzdem sehr ruhig, perfekt für Trips nach Amsterdam und für Fahrradtouren in alle Richtungen. Ich war vier Wochen dort, hab mich sehr willkommen gefühlt und komme sehr gerne wieder!

Perfect for a couple planning on visiting Noord-Holland area or Amsterdam
Pro: - Very nice and helpful owners, they will provide you with what you need and help you out throughout our journey - The location is right in the center of Zaandam, perfect location with a very nice terrace with an amazing garden view - The terrace is quite beautiful especially in the summer - The room looks exactly as in the images, it is a bit small but well organized, the basic necessities are in place - You get what you pay for - The price is smaller in comparison with other properties, especially in the center of the city - Multiple very close shops, the area is beautiful Issues: - The smell is a bit smoky, but if you are a smoker that is not a problem - No oven in the kitchen, just an electric stove and and a microwave, apart from that you have most of the tools you need in a kitchen - Cleanliness could be improved in my opinion - We had to buy our own bathroom necessities for the stay: soap, toilet paper
