"This hotel is a gem set back from the bustling streets of Juhu. All of the staff could not have been more attentive and friendly, especially those in the Executive Lounge who went above and beyond to ensure that we were well looked after. The breakfast selection in the main hotel restaurant called Lotus was just out of this world, such a comprehensive selection of freshly prepared dishes from worldwide cuisines. I just hope that any unused food can be enjoyed by your very hard working team. We were glad that we selected the Executive Lounge option, it was a perfect place to enjoy afternoon tea mid afternoon and each evening the cocktails and snacks watching the beautiful sunsets over Juhu beach through the Lounge floor to ceiling windows. We will certainly return on our next visit to Mumbai."

"Un Hotel magico. Tutto perfetto, colazione superlativa , personale meraviglioso, area fitness pulita e organizzata. Cinque stelle sono poche."

"Difficile da trovare e con procedure assurde per il check in (probabilmente nemmeno per colpa loro). Stanza minuscola, con un letto ed un mini bagno. Andrebbe tutto bene, se non fosse che ho speso circa 150€ per neanche 6h. Stanza rumorosa, si sentivano sia i vicini che le persone ai piani superiori. Di contro ho cenato bene (pasta). Comodo perché praticamente in aeroporto, ma non vale il prezzo pagato"

"La temperatura di default nelle camere è di 19 gradi. Non si può aumentare, solo si può ridurla fino a 17. Ho dovuto dormire con un maglione di lana, il che è assurdo considerato che esternamente ci sono 25 gradi di notte."
