“Pros: Close 5min drive to Mumbai International Airport, Hotel staff is lovely, nice choice of good quality food 24hrs either 100% traditional and milded spicy options for a western-taste. In-hotel Umrao restaurant offers fixed menu options for a nice indian tastes journey. Every day I was given 6 complimentary bottles of water. Cons: I got a too old fashioned room with old and worn fornitures. Walls definitely too thin, could hear any voice or noice from neighbour rooms or other doors closing...

“While the facilities were good. The check in staff was rude. He first said " i dont have a reservation". Punk! he should check before making a statement. Also the food i ate; pahadi chicken tikka, gave me a stomach flu; that made me vomit for 3 days. Will not visit this hotel again. I also asked for a quiet room, the staff answered self confidently, " all rooms are quiet" , the one with windows facing the main street are noisy”

“Hotel was good enough. It was overall comfortable and room service was good. Free wifi did not work. Bed was itchy and seemed unfresh, water in the bathroom was not hot enough, and food was mediocre. Bathtub was a good addition as compared to other hotels, though.”

“Pathetic hotel with even more pathetic staff. There were cockroaches in the room and also in the food (breakfast buffet). When I pointed out the cockroaches, their GM had the audacity to say "Dont worry they wont bite. Dont be scared"”
