They still finished your room to let you check in 30min after request without fee.America is mix with all nationality, so lets just enjoy human race!

Thank you for your feedback, we do have outlets near the sink area where the hairdryer is located, The bathroom light could have been fixed if mentioned to front desk, however we do expect our housekeeping staffs to check this issue before exiting. We are also updating our mattresses so hopefully the next visit is more pleasant.

We apologize for the taste of our coffee, the inroom coffee is required by choice brand and the lobby coffee is vendors choice. We also offer coffee which we brew just for guest with flavor preference. We hope to fix the taste of our coffee in future.

We apologize for your experience with us Sharon, we are always trying to remodel to upkeep the maintenance. we also have been waiting of our shippment for waffle mix and juices, due to storm our shippment delayed a week but we still had back up items to not run out completely.
