La vera casa sul mare
Una bellissima proprietà in un posto da sogno. Svegliarsi con gli occhi pieni di bellezza e davanti alla grandezza del mare è un vero privilegio. La villa ha tutto ciò che serve ed è architettonicamente una chicca. I tramonti un sogno. Dormire cullati dalle onde non ha prezzo. Un angolo di meraviglia . Grazie Daniela e Giulia per la gentilezza e la prontezza nel risolvere qualche piccolo imprevisto.

Location da Sogno!
Posto da sogno. Ogni scorcio curato nel dettaglio. Siamo stati un mese e siamo stati da Dio. Come miglioria per rendere il soggiorno più confortevole, soprattutto se lungo come nel nostro caso, investimento in armadi o spazi quasi inesistenti in entrambe le camere da letto. Peccato in una villa cosi grande tenere le valigie aperte in camera tutto il mese. La proprietaria è sempre stata disponibile e gentile. Ogni nostra richiesta è sempre stata presa in considerazione. Torneremmo volentieri per godere del paesaggio, della vista mare, della piscina e della tranquillità.

Grazie del positivo giudizio e del suggerimento per gli armadi. Effettivamente ho sempre avuto ospiti per una settimana e questa problematica non era emersa. Comunque ho subito provveduto a trasformare in armadio la zona dei quadri elettrici, con spazio sufficiente anche per le valigie. Grazie ancora, è molto utile avere ospiti propositivi e gentili. Inoltre avete lasciato tutto perfetto! Spero di avervi ancora a Villa Danda. Daniela

Tutto perfetto!
Il nostro soggiorno è stato perfetto! La casa è splendida, attrezzata di tutto ma la cosa più bella è il panorama che si gode dal soggiorno con la piscina a sfioro, il mare ed il bosco. Veramente un'emozione indimenticabile!

une tres belle maison , bien securisé avec des portail électrique , une vue du sejour sur la picine et la mer en fond . Un petit chemin pour acceder a la mer a 20 m dessous la maison . Une proprietaire agreable et qui parle tres bien le français . merci de votre accueil gerard

Je pense que le propriétaire doit prendre des mesures pour traiter les clients comme des amis très chers afin qu'ils puissent avoir un séjour relaxant et agréable. One week with our friends
Together with my wife and a couple of friends, we stayed at the property for a total of one week in October. The view from the terrace and the pool is absolutely amazing. If you want to enjoy a glass of wine at sunset, this is the right place for you. The check in and the care on site went through a very friendly guy. If you not only want to lie by the pool, but also want to visit something, then you have to drive a few kilometers, because in Anzio itself there is very little. Overall it was a lovely time and the villa a recommendation.

Wonderful house and location
We had the most fantastic time. The house is fabulous with huge sliding doors that open right up onto the terrace that looks out to the pool and the sea beyond. The trees are so beautiful in the day and also when they are all lit up at night. It is about one minute to get to the beach where there are plenty of places to get a drink and something to eat during the day. The sea was lovely and warm too. The pool is the perfect place to enjoy the sun and the sunsets. Lavinio is a short walk where there is everything you need close by. We enjoyed lovely morning coffee in the square. Thanks to Daniela and Erik for making our stay so easy and special. We sincerely hope to be back. Kate and Gavin.

Das Haus liegt wirklich traumhaft und war für uns in allen Bereichen gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und Daniela war als Ansprechpartnerin immer erreichbar. Pool und Terrasse laden ein die Abende im Freien zu verbringen.

Wie erwartet…..einfach toller Urlaub!!!

Sehr schöne Lage am Meer!
Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit mit der Familie direkt am Meer verbracht. Da wir gerne mit der Familie zusammen kochen, ist uns aufgefallen, dass die Küche nur sehr dürftig ausgestattet ist. Der Housekeeper war sehr hilfsbereit, so dass wir kleine Probleme schell lösen konnten.

steps from the beach and still close to Rome
This is not our first stay.... We love this house and location. It is private, with breathtaking views, but still only 45-60 min from Rome. Words cannot describe the sunsets that you will experience from the back yard. Daniela and Erik are super responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend staying here.

Schöne Villa in Traumlage
Wir haben 10 Tage in der schönen Villa verbracht. Der Poolbereich mit Meerblick ist traumhaft und ein perfekter Ort zum Entspannen. Die Lage des Hauses ermöglicht schöne Ausflüge, z.B. nach Rom oder auf die Insel Ponza. Wünschenswert bei 6 Personen wären mehr Liegen am Pool, eine umfangreichere Küchenausstatting und bessere Unterbringungsmöglichkeiten für Kleidung. Die Vermieter, Daniela und Erik, waren sehr nett und immer hilfsbereit. Danke für den schönen Urlaub

Träume werden wahr...
Wer immer davon geträumt hat, in einer stilvollen Villa in einem wunderschönen Garten am Pool liegend die Sonne im 50m entfernten Meer untergehen zu sehen, der sollte hier sein Lager aufschlagen. Die Gastgeberin Daniela und ihr Helfer Erik sind sehr aufmerksam, entspannt und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten wunderschöne 2 Wochen voll mit pulsierendem Leben, stundenlangem Chillen am Pool, leckerem Kochen, Abhängen mit den Homies in Nettuno und Ausflügen nach Rom und zur Insel Ponza. Ein Abenteuer, das wir unbedingt wiederholen wollen!

Great Pool, great view and a lovely house!
The house is absolutely beautiful! And the Pool is amazing, it is really large and with a view of the ocean. We stayed in the house a bit off season, which meant that the area surrounding the house was quite quiet. We thought that it was a good location for being able to have half a day by the pool and half a day in Rome. Things that might be helpful to know is that the wardrobes are hanging only and there isn´t many drawers for underwear and such, so perhaps bring an extra bag to use for that. At the time of our visit there was a few mosquitos, but mainly at the back patio. So when we kept that door closed and ate at the front patio only it wasn´t an issue. Daniela and Guilia gave us a very nice welcome and during our stay we also had great help from Eric who cleaned the pool and helped switching the gasbottles for the stove and other small things. All in all we are very happy to return to this lovely villa.

I grew up not far from this location and know the area pretty well... I couldn't believe how wonderful this house was. We were so comfortable there and the kids were having so much fun in the pool that we didn't leave for the entire stay!

Beautiful!
The property was as described and as portrayed in the photos, it´s a beautiful place, with a stunning view. Our family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers fitted nicely, and we enjoyed sitting outside either at the patio or by the pool. The owner, Daniela, was very accommodating and helpful, and even the neighbors were very friendly and made us feel welcome. We can easily imagine coming back to this enchanting place!

Ein Traumort, a b e r . . .
Der erste Eindruck war überwältigend. Leider stellten wir im Laufe unseres Aufenthaltes etliche Mängel fest. Die Heizung funktionierte nicht; trotz mehrfacher Beanstandung konnte der Mangel nicht behoben werden. Das gleiche gilt für die Internet-Verbindung. Zwischendurch fiel auch die Versorgung mit Warmwasser und Gas für den Herd aus. Im Innenbereich vermissten wir einen Esstisch, sowie eine zufriedenstellende Küchenausstattung (Sammelsurium an Besteck und Geschirr, Teller gesprungen, Tassen ohne Henkel, uralter defekter "Küchenschrank", Fußboden nicht einmal besenrein). Im oberen Bereich fehlte eine Unterbringungsmöglichkeit für Kleidung, im unteren Bereich war sie unzureichend. Für die Poolbenutzung wurden keine zusätzlichen Badetücher bereitgestellt. Die Terrassenbestuhlung war so defekt, dass man befürchten musste, dass sie unter einem zusammenbrach. Fazit: Die Immobilie ist nur für einen Aufenthalt im Hochsommer geeignet. Es könnte ein Traumort sein . . .

Fantastic place
We spent a fantastic week in this beautiful spot i October. We had great weather and swam in the pool as well as the ocean. This is such a fabulous place. We went by train to Rome to avoid the traffic in there. The house was very well equipped. We stayed 6 persons, and two of us had to sleep on the loft, which was also a very nice place, but not the ideal place for the ones who wish to sleep in the morning:-), since it’s right on top of the living room area. At night, there were a lot of moscitoes. But still, this is the greatest location! I could have stayed forever.

Splendid villa directly at the sea with marvellous views and a fantastic pool
Our family of five enjoyed a beautiful short vacation at this marvellous place. The villa is rather new and offers sufficient space and privacy for up to 6 persons. We loved the modern design of the villa with floor-to-ceiling windows and the nice and comfy interior setting. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, Nespresso-machine and sufficient cutlery. Outside, the villa offers various seating and relaxing possibilities to spend your day leisurely. Best of all is the infinity pool with a view to the open sea. The host Daniela and her daughter Giulia are very professional, very amicable and always available in case of special needs. We'd love to come back to this marvellous place in the future.

Perfekt fürs dolce far niente

Unser Aufenthalt in Azio hat uns sehr gut gefallen, die Villa ist sehr großzügig geschnitten für bis zu 7 Persoen, 2 Bäder, Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler vorhanden. Phänomenal der Garten mit direkten Meerblick und mehreren gemütlichen Ecken, Grillstelle und ein großer Infiniti-Pool. Auch gibt es einen Strandzugang. Bis zu 3 Autos parken komfortabel auf dem Grundstück. Sogar ein kleiner privater Volleyball Platz ist vorhanden. Nicht ganz so gut gefallen hat uns Anzio selbst, der Ort versprüht eher einen kargen Charme, es gibt aber einen sehr weitläufigen Strand und einige gute Italienische Restaurants. Und warum man das Colleseum nicht unbedingt besuchen muss müssen Sie schon selbst herausfinden :-) Herzlichen Dank nochmals an die Vermieterin.

The property is beautiful. The view at the rear overlooking the pool and sea is quite something
We as a family very much enjoyed our stay at the villa. The surrounding area was a little quieter than expected but made a pleasant surprise to be away from it all. We hired cars and travelled to Rome twice which is strongly recommended and certainly makes up for the hustle and bustle. Overall the stay was very good and the only thing that could have been better was the weather which we went in April so we expected a little rain although we received a little more than expected.

Wunderschöne Villa direkt am Meer! Perfekt für einen Familienurlaub!
Wir waren 2 Wochen lang mit der Famile (4 Personen) über Ostern in dieser fantastischen Villa. - Die Lage ist großartig und von dem Blick aufs Meer kann man nicht genug bekommen! Der randlose Pool passt hervorragend dazu. Sogar beim Frühstück hat man durch die Glasfront einen super Blick auf das Mittelmeer. Den Strand erreicht man unmittelbar über einen privaten Weg. - Die Städte Anzio und Nettuno liegen nur wenige Minuten entfernt und auch Rom erreicht man in rund 50 Minuten mit dem Auto. Einkaufen und Essen gehen kann man aber auch sehr gut in der direkten Umgebung des Hauses. Auch wenn die Lokale von außen nicht viel hermachen ist die Qualität super (vor allem das Ristorante A Casa Mia!). - Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr gut und bietet genug Platz für die Familie. Die Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen und es gibt mehr als genügend Sitzmöglichkeiten drinnen und draußen. Auf der zweiten Etage kann man sich auch mal entspannt zurückziehen. Im Vorgarten ist sogar ein kleines Volleyballfeld. Vielen Dank für die unvergessliche Zeit! Der Blick auf das Meer wird uns fehlen!

Ett välskött funktionellt hus med charm och design, med en fin trädgårdsmiljö samt poolområde. Husägaren är engagerad och pålitlig. Hus och trädgård vetter med en fantastisk utsikt över medelhavet, där det även finns möjlighet att enkelt gå ner från huset till strand och hav. Man tar sig in till Rom på ca 1 timme, antingen med tåg från närmaste station eller bil. Den enda skälet till att recensionen inte får 5 stjärnor är att området/omgivningen där bostaden ligger inte håller samma klass som huset/trädgården/läget.

Soooooo schön!!!
Das ideale Familiendomizil! Ein fantastischer Pool gleich vor dem Haus, das Meer mit sanft abfallendem Sandstrand direkt unten dran - schöner geht es nicht mehr, um mit der Familie wunderbare Badeferien zu verbringen. Die geniale Aussicht haben wir täglich von neuem fast ungläubig eingesaugt. Wir fühlten uns während unseren 10-tätigen Ferien so wohl, dass wir nicht mal weg wollten, um wie geplant Rom zu besuchen. Das Haus ist mit zwei Doppelzimmern und zwei Bädern im EG sowie einer Galerie mit kleinem WC gut organisiert. Die Küche ist klein, aber funktionell (mit Gasherd). Das Wohnzimmer ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ideal der schöne Fussboden aus Travertin, der auch mal nasse Füsse verträgt. Doch wir haben halt hauptsächlich draussen gelebt und Terrasse, Pool, Meer und Park genossen. Vermieterin Daniela und ihre Tochter Giulia sind sehr freundlich und zuverlässig. Sie haben alles unternommen, um die Ferien für uns so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Genauso wie der Poolboy und der Gärtner. Top! Vielen herzlichen Dank dafür! Sehr gut fanden wir auch, dass das Haus und der Weg zum Strand nicht öffentlich zugänglich ist. Das grosse elektrische Tor ist das erste Hindernis, dann noch der Zaun mit den verschliessbaren Toren zum Eingang und zum Strand. So hat man immer einen privaten Parkplatz und das gute Gefühl der Sicherheit. In Lavinio hat es hauptsächlich italienische Touristen. Das Dörfchen glänzt nicht mit besonderer Schönheit. Doch es gibt feine Restaurants und für den Rest waren wir sowieso in der Villa Danda. Ein Auto ist zu empfehlen, um auch z.B. nach Anzio zu fahren, wo es mehr Leben hat als in Lavinio. Wir sind jetzt wieder daheim - aber wir wären am liebsten wieder in der Vila Danda!

Perfection
I can strongly recomend this villa. It was perfect. The pool was really nice and the kids and grownups enyoed it. All the neccesary equipment in this exquiste built and furintured house. It's location really close to beach and nearby restaurants, groceries suited us perfect. The owner Daniela än her associates was kind and helpful . It is a dream-villa and tid location is perfect.
