“I wasn't overly impressed with this hotel. The check in area is nice and clean, but the room had lots of dust in the corners. Room was cleaned only one time for a 7 day staying. The receptionist told us that they are under staffed so if you miss the day scheduled to clean your room keeping on the red light next to your door (the guest doesn't know about housekeeping rooms schedule) you're out of luck. I booked a luxury room, but there was nothing luxurious about it and the furniture was old and...

“Older building in the downtown (could use a little updating, some street noise), but the AC worked well for us. Nice and close to the Gateway Arch. Cheapest stay close to the Arch. Paying for parking is annoying, but every place in downtown St. Louis charged for parking. Good stay for the money.”

“Everything was OK, but not terrific. The breakfast was great and the help there was excellent. The hotel in general was a bit rundown. I was there a few years back and it was in better shape.”

“Terrible place. Dirty Floors and hall way. No Cleaning at all.. Iron board was so old and it had damage that I didn't notice and when I ironed my shirt got damaged. Over all Terrible stay.”

“Hotel was overly terrible. I had accidentally booked a day earlier before my arrival so I had to pay for an extra night. While getting situated there was plenty of things wrong with with the hotel there was a sign on the pool entrance door saying how the pool wasn’t cleaned and was closed by the state. Then we get to the room first thing we noticed was a bug crawling by the toilet in the restroom and then also noticed hair and just dirt all in the bath tub. After leaving and then returning back...
